Rolling Thunder was chosen for my granddaughter’s wedding reception on June 22, 2024. I have to admit I was skeptical when I first heard we were having a “food truck” cater her wedding reception. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The food was absolutely amazing and Adam was heaven to work with, even finding room in his refrigerator and freezer for some unexpected chilling we needed to do. If he could come to California, I would be hiring him repeatedly throughout the year....
Rolling Thunder BBQ took care of the food for our daughters Wedding at KC Ranches,the food was fantastic and the service was amazing, they took care of everything! I highly recommend them.
Rod from Rolling Thunder was great to work with! My taco truck canceled on me last minute for our wedding and Rod went to work trying to figure out how he could caterer our big day.
