Scooters Coffee is incredible! Great workers, great coffee and food, overall everything is great!! Very efficient too. They are always as quick as possible with everyone’s drinks, and they are always great quality. The customer service they offer is just the cherry on top. Great job Scooters Coffee!

Please please please increase the volume within that speaker because I did not enjoy getting yelled at. I asked for a maple sandwich and a drink which was good don’t get me wrong but the process of obtaining my order was horrible. If I wanted multiple sandwiches I wouldve said “may I have 2 or 3” , not “a maple sandwich” and why even ask how many? And I know it was one of the managers because my friend who works at this location told me. Do better scooter’s and get a new manager with some sense.

I live right in the neighborhood and we come here all the time. I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff today or lately, but this was the worst experience I’ve had here. They didn’t know the menu. They were rude and too busy talking to each other to pay attention to customers. I hope it gets better.

Breakfast burrito was good but the coffee drinks aren't that good and I've tried a few. I don't have any problems with the other scooters locations so I thought this one would be fine too, but I was wrong. I even tried giving it a chance but I regretted each time. I guess it's to be expected since this location in olive branch seem to mostly hire teenage girls instead of people who actually know how to make drinks. Whoever is the manager at this location needs to do better with the hiring process.

i asked for pumpkin spice caramelicious blender drink last week but received a caramelicious latte , and i tried asking for someone to help me get what I paid for but this lady with black hair was being pretty rude when she came to the window. i heard smart remarks from the other workers too

I experienced a young vacations women in the window cussing and having a poor work attitude in yesterday. It was very sad to see her yelling at other ppl thru the window. And the drink was bland. Management must be children because the drinks have went down hill and the customer service is terrible. But I want to thank the young lady with the braids Natalina for such a great attitude and very nice , she was still trying to deliver good service after what we witnessed in the drive thru. FIX IT SCOOTERS!
