The staff was not very friendly. My stepdad was ordering, and whichever lady that took his order kept repeating herself, in a rude manner mind you, “I can’t hear you” with an attitude. I understand nothing to fully comprehend what someone is saying, but there’s nicer ways to go about saying something like that especially to a customer. A simple “I’m sorry, would you mind repeating that? I couldn’t hear too great” would have done just fine instead of an attitude.

Took over 20 minutes for two burritos to come out, they were not made correctly, only received 6 tots from a medium combo. Only thing that were good was the French toast sticks

Tonight we ordered 2 drink a cherry limeade and a regular limeade. The regular limeade didnt taste right, after pulling back in to talk with them about it, the workers started flipping out at us saying they made the drink correctly, however this drink tasted like chemicals. Instead of fixing the drink or refunding the drink they just screamed at us. This is the worst service I have had. Never again will we go to a Sonic.

My experience at Sonic was amazing. My order was right, and came fairly quick despite it being a big one. What completed my satisfaction was a dasher named Avery who was very kind and understanding. Overall, my experience was great! Thank you Avery!!

Staff is not very friendly.. one burger and 4 ice cream sundae should not take 30 mnts to make not while there's only 6 cars. Then the young lady gets mad when u ask her for ketchup.

I am not one to typically write reviews however, this sonic has exceeded expectations compared to other locations I would typically go too.
I went tonight to get my RT 44 Dr.Pepper and my Mozz Sticks and Rodriguez was extremely helpful and patient whenever the card reader decided not to take my card and I had a count out coins.
Even though this is a fast food place it was way more welcoming than 5 Star restaurants I frequent. ( Also the cheese pull from the Mozz was a 10/10!)

“Sonic is always a solid stop when I’m craving something quick and different from the usual fast food. I pulled in during the afternoon and the stalls were clean and easy to navigate. Ordering through the screen was simple, and my food came out faster than expected. I went with a cheeseburger combo and added one of their slushes—the burger was hot and fresh, and the tots were perfectly crispy. The slush is what really stood out though; Sonic has such a huge variety of flavors, and it’s always fun to try something new. The carhop was polite and double-checked my order before handing it over, which I appreciated. The only downside was the speakers can be a little hard to hear over traffic noise, but overall the service made up for it. A convenient spot when you want good food without leaving your car.”

I guess all of the Sonic locations are now hiring shiftless, LAZY employees who just warm up the food under a heat lamp and yet still charge full price for the food 🤔? I’m so SICK OF IT!!! If you’re going to offer low quality food and service, do the customer a favor by disclosing this as a disclaimer on the street sign…or menu…so we can make our own informed decision and avoid patronizing this business if we want FRESH, HOT FOOD! 😡

I ordered a meal for myself and my daughter, and the mic was cracking, and the young girl taking my order kept asking me what i wanted on my burger. I repeated myself three times. When we finally got our order, it was all wrong. I was highly upset. The acting manager refunded my money.

Got here at 8:55pm, they close at 10p, just came to get a few slushees. We hit the button, and the little red message came up, saying someone will be with you in a moment…. Nothing for 10 minutes, we could see them in there, working, there was about 5-6 staff members. Looks like they decided to close early and instead of saying “hey, we’re closing, or closed”, we were ignored, along with several other cars! After watching them closely, we could see they were cleaning the machines, and wiping down counters. Bummer for us.
