I have been coming to this sonic for years and up until a couple months ago the service and food was always quality but in the past couple months I'm constantly having items left out of my order and very short attitudes when trying to get it corrected. Then tonight after messing up my order again I tried to contact the store for 10 mins to only get the busy tone and there is no way they were busy on the phone that whole time. Whoever is managing this location either needs to start firing employees that do their jobs correctly or there needs to be new management that will get that location running good again.

My burger was missing meat.. when I ordered it plain. The sweet Tea taste like peach or strawberry tea..gave them the drink back and when they were suppose to bring me another one, no one ever returned. Until I walked up to the door and questioned them about it, and then finally when I got another coke instead of tea it was the most disgusting drink I’ve ever had. will never return. Horrible

These are my last words for Sonic. That food was not good it was all nasty and soggy and the fries were so greasy and crusty to where I spit them out in the bag while in the parking lot waiting for my gas gauge to hit full. At least my car is full but me I was completely ruined by the taste of those hamburgers. One big bite became my last visit. I can't fight nobody for a refund because that ain't right but I can be polite and patient with the manager. I got a refund for only one sandwich but not the half eaten sandwich. That place is not worth it. I'm not sorry that stuff is going to make somebody vomit.
Asked for no cheese, and I got it. Would not leave the food to eat because the car hop states it was against policy to leave the food without giving change. They did not have enough money to give change.

Use to love Sonic I got scammed out of $15 however with their app.. Didn't get my food or my money back and when I contacted corporate they never responded.
The food here is always fresh, and my order is always correct. The carhops are friendly and accommodating, and there's never an issue checking in from the app. There's occasionally trash in the lot from crappy customers, but not always.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options like fried potatoes/onion rings, shakes, grilled cheeses
Parking: Lots of stalls, never full
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, simple options like fried chicken and fries, corn dogs, burgers, etc
