This may e the most inefficient place I’ve been. I don’t do this location very much bc of what I have seen. I was given a gift card. I assume online orders and drive up orders use the same line. The line blocks anyone that would want to park and go in and order. It took my near whole lunch break to get in and out. I won’t be doing that anymore. I’ll burn the gift card rather than visit this location.

I come to this location frequently, but today I was highly unsatisfied with my order. I ordered two tall Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos with extra caramel drizzle and extra crunch and received neither. After waiting about five minutes, I expected my order to be correct, but it wasn’t. This was a big mistake.

This Starbucks is night and day from the ones I go to at home. The location is a bit dated, but it is clean and well decorated. There are maintenance issues like a light out in the Starbucks sign and broken fence near outdoor seating, but those are things that take time to repair.
The employees are extremely welcoming and friendly and the coffee is what you expect from Starbucks.

My husband and I just left Starbucks olivebranch Whomever the jolly lady is with the black hair at the window 😇☺️thanks for your energy she’s amazing I heard her over the speaker first and couldn’t stop laughing like who’s this person with all this energy after 6:00pm great choice star beezy 😆 she wrote on my cup I feel special 🥰

Ordered a white chocolate mocha with no cream grande. 2 card in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get to the window. When I reached the window I had to wait another 7 minutes to get my order. When I got my order it had cream in it, so I waited for the lady to come back to the window. Waited 5 minutes and she never came back so I just left. I had a horrible experience here
