this place screams "ghetto".....out of supplies and condiments..service was slow and the one roast beef sub that I was able to get, wasn't as fresh as the subway corporation wants you to believe..overall, was left feeling like I wasted good money on poor quality. kind of wished I just bought a salad from the J for half the price and better quality

Trash, trash, trash, everything about this location was bad. Staff was very untrained and unprofessional, the food, (when they actually had food in inventory) was poorly made and just thrown together with no care and attention. Very neglected and crappy, definitely the worst subway I've ever been to in my life, this was my 2nd visit here and the first time was just like this time, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

First if all , I ordered a 6". She makes and charges me for a 12". The sandwich was inedible! Nothing but mush! It's pretty sad when you can't even get a decent sandwich in a place that makes a living on sandwiches. I will never eat at a subway again!

Business are forgetting what customer service means, here at this subway flying J the lady with the blue shirt maybe a manager, it’s so mean, and rude, people are just working for a paycheck they don’t understand business no appreciation for customers somebody needs to pay attention to this!

This location in Flying J used to be great. In the last 6 mths it has changed. The staff are VERY RUDE! They are out of bread, several veggies. No onion, bell peppers, lettuce til next day. No cheese. Maybe shredded. I go today Sat at 830. They are closed. (Open at 7) The only girl there doesn't want to speak. I asked when do you open her response "all I know we ain't open now" I asked will they be open today I get a shoulder shrug. ? I eat there at least 5 times a week. I wish whatever the change is it's fixed and it goes back to it was before. There is one/two good employees. The rest if I don't look like them they don't seem to want to serve/talk to me. I observe they talk to others great so that's where I get my determination. I hate to leave a bad review for any restaurant but today's rudeness was the last straw. I would hate for others who won't leave a review to be subjected to such terrible behavior.
