I ordered a Chalupa Supreme in the drive-thru totaling 6.31 and rounded to 7 for charity. It was nice and warm when received only to find out that it had lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and a dab of sour cream. It had maybe a teaspoon, not even a tablespoon of beef. Disappointed.

This is the second time. That this Taco Bell half ass did my order. I went 3 weeks ago they didn’t have my order of cinnamon buns and literally tried to give me their twist instead and when I ask for my money back the older lady in the window had the nerve to get an attitude with me.. is she slow.. and on top of that I went today order the build your own deluxe craving box with a Crunchwrap, 5- layer burrito and fiesta potatoes with nachos fries lol tell me why they left out my potatoes. Only put meat and cheese in my crunch no shell inside of it sour cream no tomatoes, half ass made my burrito and on top of that cold ass nacho fries… this is ridiculous individual spend their hard earn money just for a individual like them play around with their money and food. I literally called up their 5 times no answer at all.. this is ridiculous

Absolutely atrocious experience. Over an hour in drive thru lane because once your in the loop, you cannot get out.
Unfriendly staff, messed up order. It would be one thing if this was an exception but it has happened too many times. I would rather drive further down to Southaven than to go through this place again.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken chalupas with 2 reg tacos. Instead of chicken, I WANTED BEEF chalupas. Got home and I only received one chicken chalupa with one taco. I called ahead to clear any confusion before picking up the corrected order. The young woman could not comprehend that I ORDERED beef instead of chicken and tried to make me accept one beef chalupa. She caught a very nasty attitude because of her lack of basic common sense . Best believe she made my order correct attitude and all. I blame the Mississippi education system.

I love a ground beef chalupa In fact, that's usually the only thing I order when I go to Taco Bell. However, this was the first time I ever had one and the bread around the chalupa was not cooked completely there's a big difference between cooked and uncooked and I didn't appreciate it.
