The food was rotten, literally the food was ruined. Lettuce was brown and bitter. Tried calling the store and no answer after several rings. Each time I tried calling back for the past hour it gave a busy signal. I’m sure they took the phone off the hook. I’m also sure I will be there early AM.

Imagine how excited I was to see double deckers are back for a limited time, one of my most favorite menu items they took away ..and claim they cannot make even though they have everything to make it. Now imagine how DISAPPOINTED I was when I got home with my order and I didn’t get the double deckers. Yes, it was a soft and hard taco. But the beans weren’t between them. No, instead inside of the soft taco is a HUGE clump of beans and frito chips??? What the hell.

This review is more targeted to the app and not this location. I ordered a $20 lunch on the app and was charged immediately on the app. When arrived at the restaurant it was closed with no one there. I sent feedback on the app about this and never got a refund. All they gave me was a $10 off coupon that doesn’t cover the $20 I lost. So I do not recommend the app because it’s a gamble and you can loose your money.

Service was good. Not sure what the tables were wiped down with, but they felt greasy.
This is probably the worst Taco Bell in the greater Memphis area. They hire the absolute bottom of the barrel as employees. November 2nd at 11:15 am went thru drive thru, sat for 5 minutes no one came over the speaker. Drove up to the window and some lady come hollering some unintelligible babble. Final she opened window and said "We're Closed"!

Only car in the drive thru. Took 30 mins to get my food. Ordered 3 luxe boxes. All the food was ice cold and tasted very old. The person at the window was very rude and unprofessional. He/she ( not sure of the proper pronouns) nails was poking through the gloves. Also aggressive handing the drinks to me. Missing food and the sauces. This was place has really gone down hill in the last 6 months!!

I mean horrible.. not sure if it's the MOD at any given time or the staff. Just cross your fingers about service .. food has always been good even when it's the wrong order.

The cook named Wayne was very very good he has the best service I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell a old man came in and he stopped cooking and came out and placed the older guys order he is very respectful would recommend going here if Wayne is here he deserves a raise

Terrible messed up order tonight on 7/7/2024 @7:25 pm. Order was placed online,picked up by me and taken back by my husband to the store and replaced because it was 100% wrong,apparently they didn't read the order. The replaced crunchwrap tastes like chemical.I'm now contacting corporate, these young people want to laugh and call people snotty or snooty when it was brought back and all I said was thank you when I picked up.I want the cameras pulled at this location especially for tonight. I also only got a receipt for $1.89 and the total order was $22.54. I will definitely go to Collierville or Winchester locations in the future.
