Hours show 3am for Saturday , it’s 12:40am and they’re not taking drive up orders only door dash and mobile ? Don’t you have to drive up to pickup door dash and mobile ?

Waited over 20 minutes patiently in the lobby , only person here 12:30 on a Sunday ordered 4 items. Watched 2 curbside orders pull up get there order still haven’t said anything. Finally it’s 25 minutes passed when I ordered I ask the girl working when she came back in from delivering curbside, “hey I been here over 20 minutes, how much longer is my order gonna take” she said “ we’re the only two people here” with an attitude then walked off from me. Comes back about three minutes later with order doesn’t apologize for the wait or anything looked at me like I was lucky to be getting my order. Ridiculous, don’t have time to be waiting close to 30 minutes on 4 tacos because online orders and curbside are more important to you and I couldn’t walk out because I already paid. If your understaffed I get it but acting like it’s my problem and giving me attitude after I been waiting 30 minutes is terrible.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. EXTREMELY SLOW!!!The wait is ALWAYS 30 minutes or longer. DO NOT STOP at this particular taco bell unless you just absolutely have to.

Ok so I ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 chalupas or however you spell it. I was not pleased at all. My chalupa bread was very hard and barely had any meat and the Mexican pizza tasted so bad. Im guessing the tortilla was old or something but whatever it was, it tasted horrible. I couldn't even eat it. It bothered me because I spent money on that pizza and had to throw it out. Wasted money on the whole meal. Very disappointed.

The Young boy/man that was working tonight on Oct. 4th and works a lot of nights here recently Has such great customer service! He is always so polite and respectful. It’s 1:30 AM and he was the only one working and one other person which she is also so sweet and friendly. But he had to have been exhausted because y’all were so busy and it’s late and he was still just as polite and respectful as always!
