Everything was perfect! I haven't had this wonderful experience in such a long time. Often at other Taco Bells things are haphazardly thrown in the bag. Every detail of our order was made by a friendly customer oriented person. Kudos Taco Bell Olive Branch,MS on Hacks Cross Rd.

Visited this location for the past week after work around 11pm to 1am for dinner. Have been told all week that they don't have any fries. Visited restaurant on 07/16/2025 around 7pm and was able to get nacho fries. Decided to return later that night aftervwork around 12 am and once again was told no fries. I informed the gentleman I had purchased fries earlier that evening and then he says they don't have any seasoning. 😒 That's extremely weird to go from not having fries to oh we dont have seasoning! Ridiculous and horrible service

It took forever to get my taco I ordered two soft tacos no tomatoes no lettuce with sour cream and cheese only it took 25 minutes to get it then when I got it it was cold and had tomatoes and cheese on it gross I will never go to that Taco Bell again! The dude was on the phone when I pulled up to order and took his sweet old time bringing it out!
The drive-through lines are always so slow. Every time I get a taco, it's always broken. I did try the new chicken nuggets, and they were hot and good.

What a surprise to it seem all the employees that they sell food.!!! Lines , slow service black attitude … never again out of two things or just didn’t have them what a joke
The lady at the drive thru had a horrible attitude and I told her I had a water too she said I had to drive all the way around to order water even though I said I already did 🤣
