Well, won’t be going here anymore - shame too. Was such a nice place. Ordered my food , couldn’t hear myself think let alone the counter help taking my order. They had the “club music” going full blast. Couldn’t even enjoy my food - which they got the order wrong. I wasnt the only customer who noticed the extremely loud music - if that’s what they call it. Alot of people walked in and then left immediately. Hope the managements makes changes….. geeeezzzzzz

Some of the worst BBQ I ever had brisket was so dry I almost couldn't swallow it without a drink . Coleslaw tasted funny. Oh and they were out of pork at dinner time . Stay away 😭

12/3/25 @7pm. About four customers in line before me. Which was not an issue, but lady a register waited about 8/10 mins between taking each order. All while door dash orders were coming in and taking priority over customers waiting in line.

Absolutely loved the short time I had at Tops! Service was phenomenal and the barbecue, even better! I was recommended the fries and pulled chicken sandwich. Both of which I absolutely loved! The wonderful gentleman behind the counter. Also encouraged me to try the baked beans which were a smash hit in my stomach. Cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re in Memphis, this is the place right here!! 🫰🏻

Food is decent but I've have never not had to check a takeout order. If every item has fries you'll magically have no fries. Youll get half the bbq you pay for in the container etc

Today I had the best loaded brisket fries I've ever had. I devoured them like i had not eaten for days..... massive size and massive flavor. The service was also phenomenal. The young man who took my order was very helpful in recommending items on the menu thank you Devin for your outstanding service. Ill be back soon I hope.

My Cousin Ryan and I got food to go here, we got here a little before or after 9:30 PM, the cashier and food was great, however we both did not enjoy the ribs. The ribs were too much bone in them and not enough meat. Between the both of us, it was $50.10 for the both of us, I'm sorry but whenever you're being told that you can't eat at the restaurant before closing time and the ribs not being any good, total scam. I don't plan on returning.

I paid $50 for two brisket plates with beans and fries via door dash. Got maybe less than a hand full of chopped brisket instead of what I ordered. And don’t bother calling to the store because it’s all automated and nobody answers anyway. Will not be back, second time I have been cheated out of an over priced order.
