Waited outside the door for 20 minutes even when the website said it opens at 7:00am

Visited this location today 4:31pm and was greeted promptly with a smile. I ordered two Açaí bowls both with extra crushed granola and one with no strawberries, extra banana, and extra granola. So, getting to the problem! When I arrived home the picture was how my bowl looked, it has 4 bananas and a host of blueberries which I truly hated that there was so many 😡, there was no honey and no chia seeds in mine. Therefore, I called the store and once again a spoke with the same initial greeter and I reminded her to whom I was am d she remembered. I explained the reason for my call and she stated it was actually the manager Shelby that prepared the bowls which made it even more worse of the lack of comprehension. The manager said that she was sorry that it was not enough of what I asked for a therefore “SHE”! decided to fix it any kind of way!!!! I am livid at the lack of concern she presented over the phone. And she had the AUDACITY’ to say she can ask another manager to see “IF” anything could be done doe me. IF!!!!! WHAT SHE MEAN IF!!! When I drive from Southaven to this location. This is sad and she is sad, I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I paid $25.31 for my food to just be thrown together due to her laziness!! Terrible manager!!! People please check you food, bowls, smoothies etc before leaving this location!!!!!’nn

Customer service goes a long way. Not sure if they were joking or what but charging .27 for water in the middle of the summer is excessive. These type of places never get my money.... Chick fil a would never.

Yesterday was my second time visiting the location, and during both visits the cashier was extremely rude, same girl. She misheard my order and acted as if it was a problem to correct the mistake. She gave off a very unwelcoming vibe during both visits. I’m visiting the area and this location is closer to my hotel, but I’ll drive further to a different location rather than deal with that type of customer service. I eat tropical on a daily basis. By far the worst experience.

I just left and I'm very disappointed in my order. I ordered island green smoothie and supgreen salad. I asked to sub banana for avocado because I can't have banana. I was changed for the avocado. As for the salad, a whole lot of lettuce, 5 crisp chips and 6 pieces of chicken chunks. What a joke. I should've checked it before I left but waited until I got home.

Despite it being crowded at lunch time, the service was quick & friendly!! The Baja wrap & Beach Bum (w/ white chocolate!) were both delicious!! I downloaded the app after going cause I will be back.
