In and out for a detox smoothie

Yesterday was my second time visiting the location, and during both visits the cashier was extremely rude, same girl. She misheard my order and acted as if it was a problem to correct the mistake. She gave off a very unwelcoming vibe during both visits. I’m visiting the area and this location is closer to my hotel, but I’ll drive further to a different location rather than deal with that type of customer service. I eat tropical on a daily basis. By far the worst experience.

I just left and I'm very disappointed in my order. I ordered island green smoothie and supgreen salad. I asked to sub banana for avocado because I can't have banana. I was changed for the avocado. As for the salad, a whole lot of lettuce, 5 crisp chips and 6 pieces of chicken chunks. What a joke. I should've checked it before I left but waited until I got home.

Despite it being crowded at lunch time, the service was quick & friendly!! The Baja wrap & Beach Bum (w/ white chocolate!) were both delicious!! I downloaded the app after going cause I will be back.

This location icia bowls are too skimpy

Unpredictable hours of operation. Love the smoothies, but there's been a few times when I drove here and the lights were off on days and times they're supposed to be open.

It seems like everytime I go to this location there is a problem . But, this the closet location to my job . First time my detox smoothie tasted like peanut butter , second time the cup was half full , third time they added ginger and I ordered no ginger . One of my coworkers had a qiwi quencher and she said it tasted like water and fruit . The person at the front was very understanding about remaking my order. She even told me to taste it to make sure it was right , it wasn't but, I didn't have the time to wait for them to remake it . It tasted like peanut butter and bananas . Definitely won't give them another chance to mess my order up again . This is very disappointing.
