Rude service. So glad I frequent the Collierville location. I would rather drive to Collierville on my lunch than deal with rude customer service. The atmosphere is not welcoming at all. Like who forced you to come to work. I can understand having a bad day but, everytime it has been this way.

i usually love coming here but today the girl on register is rude. I walked in no hello or anything. She just stares at me and so i just say hello and tell her i’m picking up and just walks away. Gives me my smoothie and i tell her thank you and she says “mmm”. But talking and laughing with the other employees. Not the best customer service ever. Didn’t even speak to me all she did was have a face and “mmm” me. Last time i’ll be coming here.

Decided to go try their bowl at this location in Olive branch! I ordered ahead and when I got there they told me they didn’t have some of the ingredients to my son’s smoothie and the bowl was wrong! I accepted I had to change the smoothie, but when the bowl was wrong that kind of took me! The white girl was so wrong about the situation by saying she didn’t want to deal with me and for Her manager to come help me! I guess that was ok for her to say because I was a black person! So at that point I got very upset and just told the manager to send my money back immediately! Will never go back and don’t advise no one to go to this location!

For the last 3 times I have ordered the Acai smoothie bowl and it has been half full and I didn't get the extra toppings I paid for. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap was cold and very soggy. Each time I have spent over 60 dollars only to be very disappointed.

I will honestly never patron this place again. To spend 30$ and watch the little kids working the counter be completely rude is ridiculous to me. Get some adults in here. They are closing 3 hours early because it a bunch of children running the place.

? I wonder if they are actually putting what you order in those smoothies. I ordered a smoothie bowl for the first time and they missed everything. The next time I ordered a smoothie and it was poor quality and watered down. I am highly disappointed.
They have great smoothies. This is definitely a place you want to visit with your family or friends. The wraps can be fattening although they have bowls to overcome that issue. The employees always are so nice and welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
