Absolutely awful experience. Waited 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for a food order that they got wrong 3 times. The chips looked stepped on, the salsa tasted like yesterday's batch, the drink refills were nonexistent. I walked out. I will never come back. This establishment is a joke.

I stood waiting before greeted. So, I thought maybe the host was in the back but, it was 2 guys sitting and looking at me at the door. Finally, I guess when they felt like getting up one of them came and asked me if I was picking up. I ordered the lunch and didn't receive half of what I ordered. When I tried to explain it, the guy still didn't comprehend. I kmow this is a restaurant of a different ethnicitiy but, for business purposes you must have someone that is fluent in speaking and listening comprehension. I was very professional in my explanation and even broke it all the way down to almost ABC, 123 format, lol. Thankfully, it was just lunch, and not to expensive but, I left saying, you're not understanding what I'm saying and it's ok, you don't understand and I know why you don't understand. Have a blessed day. I knew I should have went to Guadalajara. I will now.

The picture was a lunch taco salad with shrimp. “Or was it soup?” I’ve never seen a Taco salad look like this. I sent it back asked for no beans and the next one was much better. I wish I had taken a picture of the replacement. Big difference!

The food, service, and atmosphere were good but nothing amazing. The guacamole and salsa was very good. The churro & fried ice cream was good. The chicken/steak fajitas and everything else was fine, just nothing special.

Price increase at the register for whatever reason the cashier gave me was unacceptable. Never going back.

Good Mexican place in a nice location, pleasant staff and food as advertised. If you are looking for Americanized Mexican food this a perfect spot! Cheese dip, sweet tea, even Margaritas - everything is delicious here.

Easily my favorite mexican food anywhere NEAR Olive Branch. Fantastic staff. Amazing reliability and quality for the price. Run don't walk.

Kid-friendliness: Totally kid-friendly. A couple quarter machines in the lobby, too, including a claw machine.

I always order take out. I get the cheese rice and add my meats and veggies. It's always good and it is always ready when I arrive . I typically order about 15 minutes in advance.

I've gotten takeout from here many times, I always get the same thing, the Carnitas dinner. Every other time the order was perfect, but this time the Carnitas were dry and mostly burnt, as was the normally perfectly grilled onions. The rice and beans were perfect as they normally are, so was the chips and salsa.
The disappointing part, aside from the terrible quality of the meat and onions, was the fact that someone saw how bad the onions and Carnitas were, but still put them in the container, sealed it up and put it in the bag. I don't think they would have served that meal like that if I had eaten in the restaurant, if they brought that to my table, I would have sent it back.
