Disgusted of the fact that the young white girl Kenszi or Kensi yelled out to the whole restaurant whose waffle is this. Countdown 321. Took a bite out of the middle of it. Then 30 seconds later KK or KeKe went to pick it up and K told her what she had done and she put a butter on top of it and took it to the customer anyway. My wife was disgusted, and I’m saddened by the lack of professionalism and immaturity. We loved this spot.

The last 3 times we have tried to eat at this waffle house we have left without being served. We waited several minutes without being acknowledged cut on a timer and waited another 5 minutes before we left. Awful service

Came at 8:45pm and Left at 9:00pm with out anyone coming to asking for my drink order even. It wasn't busy or anything, there was 5 employees sitting on their phone and talking to their friends. I was the only customer. I have been two different times never getting any surveys. Last time the employees were smoking weed and the door was locked but they had their friends in there with them.
I’m baffled at the 3.8 rating on this Waffle House. It’s packed with excellent servers and each shift lead we’ve had the joy of experiencing here have been outstanding at what they do. A more underrated place doesn’t exist on Google Maps. Five stars for food, service, and the ambiance is the pure entertainment that is watching this team cruise through any level of busy chaos seamlessly.

Ate at the high-top counter today (Labor Day) around noon.
Easily the best service I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. Also, I always ask for my eggs to be absolutely desiccated, almost burnt and most Waffle Houses don’t listen! This one did and I was so pleased! My server was on top of drink refills at all times.

I was so excited to get to Waffle House only to see they allow people to bring their dogs in there. Sitting right in front of the chef. This should not be allowed especially in a place where people of different backgrounds go to eat! I was wondering why people were pulling up leaving. We ended up doing the same.
