Came on a busy Saturday and ordered the classic burger and kids meal. Small dining area, not a lot of seating. It was okay, I’ve had better. Will try again on a slower day.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This was the most awful experience in food we’ve ever had! We’re foodies who out every single night just so we don’t have to cook and pay expensive prices for groceries. We wanted to try something different tonight which I feel bad about since I was the one who suggested this place in the first place! My husband had a heart attack last year and he has to stay away from G-R-E-A-S-E ee foods! Let’s just say that if he’d eaten his burger then he would’ve had another heart attack more than likely. We spent 50$ on this crap and there wasn’t a spot on our food that wasn’t covered in grease! Hands down worse place we’ve eaten so far! I’ve added photos for proof of the dark spots aka grease! Please reconsider eating here especially if you can’t eat greasy foods because that’s all you’ll be consuming. Thank you for reading and I hope this really helps someone!

Best old fashioned burgers you can find!
My husband stops for dinner pretty often from this place, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The food is delicious and the service is wonderful!

Customer service is horrible at this location. One of the cashiers saw me standing in line, nobody else was in line. I was fine with her serving the trays she had but then she went to go play with a bag. One of the cooks went to find the other cashier. Then all of a sudden Ms. I Don't See That Woman Standing There was able to help. If you don't want to be in customer service dealing with customers then you should not be working here. I'm a paying customer just like everybody else. Didn't get a "one minute ma'am I'll be right with you" cat, dog, hey, bye, nothing.

Great service, it's a hybrid restaurant where you get the quality of a regular restaurant with more of the speed of a fast food. So if you're short on time but you want something good this is the place to go.
Everything made fresh on the spot, fries were hot food was good and fresh

Service was okay. The guy at the counter was a little rude. I ordered the ghost pepper burger and the spicy cheese curds. The cheese curds were great. Decent heat and cooked perfectly, but the location didn’t have any marinara or anything so we used ranch. The ghost pepper burger was flavorless. The patty didn’t seem to have any seasoning on it and the “spicyness” came from a few jalapeño slices. Not sure if there was a sauce they forgot, but calling a cheeseburger with 4 jalapeno slices on it a “ghost pepper burger” seems like false advertising. If you like spicyness or flavor, do not order that burger as it was extremely bland.

My wife ordered a chicken sandwich with onion rings. The onion rings were great. The chicken was flavorless like the ghost pepper burger. Seemed like there was no seasoning. Once again, don’t order this if you like flavor, extremely bland.

Overall everything was cooked well, especially the sides, but the burger and chicken sandwich were essentially flavorless. A well cooked burger/chicken breast still needs flavor. On top of that, my burger, drink, and curds was $19. Add on to my wife’s order and we paid $36 for 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, and 2 sodas. Way too expensive for the quality of what we ate. We won’t be coming back. Rather go to a chilis or other chain where each one of us can get an entree, app, side, and drink for ~$12 apiece.

Best onion rings I've had in awhile. Toasted bun for the cheezy burger. And a red velvet hand dipped shake. Gotta love old fashioned ways. And cooked on a grill you can see. Cool. Thanks.

I went in this morning to get a sandwich and it said they opened at 9 am on the app and when I got here there sign said 10:30 and it's past 11 am for me and they should have been already been open. I am very disappointed because that was the only thing I was craving this morning. The food is always amazing. But I'm a bit upset that they aren't open when they should have been.

Very cozy place to eat. This was my 3rd time eating at this establishment, and I have never been disappointed. My food was delicious, Mark at the register was friendly and offered courteous service, and the atmosphere was good. If you go, try the double bacon cheeseburger, you will be glad you did!
