Best run Wendy’s in the greater Memphis area. The staff is friendly and the ketchup is stocked. This is the Wendy’s that I will go out of my way to visit.

This Wendy's is the worst location I have ever gone to. Every time I go to this location in olive branch by walmart because it's convenient right by my job when i get off work and just want to grab a bite to eat for me and my elderly mother and get her her favorite chocolate frosty. This location always seems to get my order wrong every time. Unless you are desperate i don't recommend eating at this location.

Went through the drive-thru here after a bad experience at another Wendy’s. The manager immediately apologized and made things right—even though it wasn’t their store’s fault. Quick service, friendly staff, and fresh food. Highly recommend! The manager there took ownership and tried comping me my meal in which I refused, because it's not that stores fault...

I would like to say first, I'm a huge wendys fan. But what happened? We ordered a Triple Baconator and a Son of a Baconator.
If I'm not mistaken , a triple should have 3 patties and 6 strips of bacon. My cousins burger did not have 3 meats and maybe 2 bacon.
A Son should have 2 patties and 4 strips of bacon. My burger had 1 patty and 2 strips of bacon on it. It looked more like a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger.
And the sum it up, the burgers and fries were cold.
Did the specs change? Someone please enlighten me.

I messed up my own order, and they went above and got me what i actually wanted. I'm traveling from ohio. If i lived close, I'd definitely be coming here

My experience at this Wendy’s was so nice I was honestly impressed. I ordered some food and a coffee. I placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru, and then parked outside the restaurant to go inside and ask for some more sauce (they gave me some but my boyfriend asked me to get some more). When I walked in I was immediately greeted and when I asked for more sauce they gave it to me and the young lady also said she would remake my coffee because it had been made wrong. If she hadn’t said anything I would have had no idea. This location is great, everyone is super nice and polite. It’s 20 minutes away from my house but I would drive to this one instead of the one that’s 5 minutes from my house just because I know my order will be correct and they are very kind.
Parking: Lots of parking spaces and the parking lot is easy to navigate

I'm in town working and came to this Wendy's twice thinking the first time the employees were just having a bad day but I returned today to the same crappy, unprofessional, ghetto staff that I experienced yesterday only this time it was worse. The staff was sooo rude and incredibly unprofessional and the food once again tasted weeks old, fries were ice cold and burgers were ice cold and stale. This location is not the one you wanna stop at, be warned, go literally anywhere else. The need to clean house and find proper management.
Kid-friendliness: No, way to ghetto and unprofessional
