Horrible! They got my order wrong. Then, when I pulled to the order window. The window girl was cool but the manager gone look at me crazy for asking for a 50 piece spicy chicken nugget and say, "we don't sell a 50 piece. We sell only a 20 piece." I said, "yall don't sell that here. Where I live(in Memphis) they sell the 50 piece all the time?" She said, "no,we sell only a 20 piece." I said, "how much is it?" She said,"$9.20." I said, "naw, im good. I'll just get the 6 piece." The manager gone roll her eyes and go to the back. Like, why get mad because I didn't want the 20 piece? I'm not finna pay no $9.20 for a 20 piece when I can just go to the Wendy's by my house and get a 50 piece for $15. That's more for less. I'm not dumb! I know my math. Yall not finna rip me off! Then, on top of that when I drove to the window to get my order. That lowdown lady just threw me my food! She didn't greet me or anything! What type of trifling service is that? With the cherry on top, when I received the food. The food was cold and tasted old! The only thing that was warm and tasty were the fries! Like, what the heck? It was 12:30 pm when I went to the olive branch Wendy's. There's no way the food should be tasting old and cold this early! They just started serving lunch an hour before. So, I can't fathom how could it be cold and old so early? I know why? Because Everyone that work here is lazy. They probably warmed up the food that was cooked last night. Lazy folks!! I thought olive branch would good because it's a surburb. Not! I'll just stick to going to the one in southeast Memphis. At least, in southeast Memphis they might have a bad attitude at times, but at least they food is fresh and hot everytime! The only reason why I went to this one was because it was in the area that I was already in. But, I'll never go to this one ever again! Not even if I'm starving!

I ordered the double baconator. I was initially given a double burger. I advised the young lady that I ordered the double baconator. She handed me a double burger with two pieces of bacon and had the manager to advise me that only two pieces of bacon come on a baconator. I advised the manager that she was incorrect. She said that she didn't make the rules. She wasn't rude but she was incorrect. 6 pieces of bacon should have been on the burg I am appalled that the location is okay with stealing and over charging customers. I will file a complaint with corporate.

Two cars pulled off as we approached- 1st clue …girl taking orders was so rude and got smart…2nd clue - window had problems with coke machine , but one girl was a able to make 5 huge drinks and carry them somewhere…baked potato was old , cold and smaller than a tennis ball. The girl who handed me the food said thank you so that was a plus - girl who finally handed my drinks …not a word. Food was wrong after all the attitude… not surprised

The food was really…… meh. It tasted as though it had been sitting out for a while and then the burger tasted microwaved. The flavor was all there, but the quality of the burger was not, at all.
