Absolutely dissatisfied with the horrible, rude customer service. The staff showed no professionalism or respect, making the entire experience extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The lady that took my.order i assume was in leadership due to her uniform. She was rude and lack customer service skills. She tried to cut off my order before I was finished with my order. I asked for half and half tea and was rudely told we dont have tea. I asked another employee who gave the my food if i could have some salt when the same woman cut me off telling me to go get it off a table in the front. I watched her have similar interactions with two other people while I was there. I wont be back to this particular Wendys.

The woman with the piercing on her face is very rude and disrespectful I came as a regular customer she had a attitude only gave me fries when I ordered a 6 piece combo I came back to get my nuggets she slammed the window n my face and turned her back when I asked for my sauce I never got I was never greeted it feels like a very unsafe and uncomfortable environment to be in my food was cold the whole crew they had was not right at all 8/31/25 4:31pm when this happened every thing was unprofessional about that building

Absolutely appalling attitude from the employee at the window today. Food was asked to be made fresh because my food has been cold the last two times I have visited. It was thrown back in the fryer literally to be made greasy and so called fresh. I did not receive a receipt to be able to make a complaint online. I also had a discount on my account and she wrung up my order wrong and the discount was not applied when she scanned it because she did not listen. She was in a rush and very rude. I would love it if someone reached out to me about this situation. Thank you.

The drive thru staff on the Am Shift does a great job very friendly and attentive to the customer when taking your order they do not over talk with constantly asking will that be all Thanks for showing gratitude 😀

Lazy employees. We were the only customers and requested food fresh. Received old meat and old fries. Store was not busy…obviously they just want to BS around on the clock. That’s ok. We won’t be back. I know they don’t GAD because it’s not their business that’s losing money. Also they had nasty attitudes
