So this was my first time in. The young man who took my order was really nice. The sitting area wasn’t all that but it was clean and had room. I ordered lemon pepper dry rub and got it to go. I was impressed. They are really good! Fries reminded me of Steak Escape. I will try them again!

Staff Incredibly rude and have horrible attitudes. The cashier cursed me out because I was unhappy with the service. I will NEVER again go to this Wingstop. NEVER!!

I am very, very upset. I spent $65 on greasy and hard chicken and fries the chicken was so hard. It broke my veneer tooth.

Bone in wings were dry on top of so overcooked or old that I’ve had 2 day old hotbox chicken from the gas station that taste better. Really disappointed. Y’all used to be the best.

I ordered here and was given a time of 30 minutes after I placed the order that my food would be ready. Got there about 40 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready. The girl at the register told me it would be a few more minutes. Cool. I waited in the store about 10 minutes ,went back to my car to grab something, came back in and was still waiting another 10 minutes. The store was not packed it was maybe 3 other customers waiting as well. I noticed other people who came after me were getting their food. By this time it’s been almost 30 minutes since I arrived. So I asked the girl if my food was ready yet. Well lo and behold it was sitting on the shelf along with some of the other orders. Clearly she knew she hadn’t given me my food yet and saw me waiting in line and did not mention that my food was ready until I asked!! Got home started eating and noticed that it was hair on one of the wings and it had to been fried with it as the hair was stuck under the chicken skin. I took it back and asked for a refund. Was promised a refund by Anya in 7-10 days as I was told that the request had to be sent up to a higher management. She followed up the next day stating that she submitted the refund. However by the 11th day I never received my refund. Attempted to contact the store on the 11th day and was told the manager would call me when she got in that evening. No one called back that evening and I ended up just disputing the payment with my bank. I would NEVER order from this location again and I’m actually hesitant from eating at any Wingstop at this point.
