I order from here while im in town for work and I havent had issues with the food but MAN!!! These people are SLOW!!.. No motivation to get orders out to customers.. They all have the same "Snail Pace" as they shuffle along behind the counter..

I spent $19 on a lemon pepper wing combo, the wings was cold and full of grease. I complained about the fries at the restaurant because they was also cold even though I had to wait for my order. If I have to wait for my order to be prepared Im under the impression that my food is being prepared hot and delicious but that is not the case. The drink machine was unkept and I chose sweet tea and it was gross. I went home and put the wings in the air fryer to hopefully make them crispy and less soft and soggy from all that old grease they had probably just been sitting in at this restaurant. After attempting to eat what I had wasted $19 on I was very sick. Stomach ached horribly. They need to close this location and clean up and revamp the management and team. And the last time I came I was offered free food for a good review. However this place is bad!

I placed an online order last night& picked it up.... only to get home to relax& prepare myself to eat. I looked in the container and there was a paper liner inside that the food was on top of...underneath the food was nothing but GREASE!!!!!!! I took the chicken out and laid it on a paper towel& threw the paper liner in the bag. This is the result of how much grease was underneath the boneless chicken& chicken tenders. After soaking, just to taste the lemon pepper tender it was way to SALTY!! Chicken went in the trash& the only thing i could eat were the Voodoo fries. This is bad business & management 😒 only if i had checked the reviews first, i didnt! I totally understand why you guys have 2.7 stars!!!!!

Starts off walking up to the register, and ordering the 15 piece meal for two clearly on the menu board. The rude girl said "we don't got that". I said it's right there on the board.... 5 PEOPLE ordered after us, 3 had much bigger orders. THEY ALL GOT THEIR ORDERS BEFORE MY WIFE AND I!!!!! We waited 45 minutes, and I ordered mild wings with extra sauce.. Got home and there was 0 sauce on our wings! None!!! Our large fries wasn't even HALF way filled and I paid 30 dang dollars for this crap!!!! I wish there was more I could do about this than leave a review but unfortunately we just get screwed....

My experience was aweful. We ordered our food AND tipped, we waited over 3 hours and called back multiple times only for the food not to come. We then had to go pick it up at 10 o'clock night! But i do have to say it was delicious, just expected better from the service.

This place has to be the best value in town! We spent like $18 and still had leftovers. Not to mention the food was excellent. The lady that took our order and the other staff were all super nice. Applebee’s closed an hour and a half early, but I guess we were glad they did.
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life....the girl doing the register was sitting on a bucket while taken orders and never got up till my order was ready 45 minutes later..... and no there was nothing wrong with her just lazy.....
