Very good food ate at the store because I was traveling, fast and efficient order taking food was fast and accurate they told me to verify everything was there, it was. They reminded door dashers to get their customers drinks and what kind of drink and multiple employees asked if everything was good while I was eating didn’t expect this level of commitment, thank you
The food was nasty ! Wings didn’t have no flavor, wings was very small. I waisted my money there tonight. I definitely want be going there again.

Disappointed cause I work next door and have ordered a few times and it was fine. Today it was awful. They were a little behind which was no big deal but they weren't the friendliest. Lots of cussing by employees with customers sitting around waiting for food. Just really unprofessional. As far as the food goes the fries were just weird and soggy and the wings were hot but SO oily you could only taste oil. :(

Great experience! Friendly customer service from Merari and the team. Food came out quickly and tasted great!
I waited for my order for a whole hour & 15 min . The only reason I got my good last night was because this light skinned girl with braids came in getting everybody food out the door . This is sad this location has no type of customer service …. A kitchen full of people and no food was getting out at all … all I had was a 20pc no fries no ranch …. I wanted my money back but the lady with braids was nice and got me out of there I couldn’t even be mad at her … whoever runs this location needs to retrain EVERYONE THIS IS SAD . Never spending money here again .

I don’t know where to start. My fries were cold my wings were undercooked and definitely not done! The wings were sooooo huge and had feathers on them. It even looked like they cut the wings in half! The boneless wings garlic Parmesan were disgusting! Soooooo disappointed. I spent over $30.00 on my order!

Don’t know if there is new management or what, but I feel this place has GREATLY improved since I used to eat here about a year ago. These past few months have all been great experiences. Good customer service, always greeted and acknowledged, and the wings are always fresh and hot. Please keep up the great work!!

Wing Stop has the best wings in the area without question. Places like 901 Wings are just overpriced and their wings aren't as good. I wish we had more Wing Stops in the area. I live in Hernando and have to go to Olive Branch. The food here is awesome. The fries are the best around also. Sometimes, they will get an order wrong though. They don't listen very well. My advice would be to definitely check your order before you leave. But other than that, this place is great.
Placed an order for a family of 4. Online it said the order would be ready 16-21 min. We arrived to pick up at 23mins and still had to wait another 25 mins for the food and we’re told “we are short staffed”. When the food was all given to us, it was cold. It’s no one’s fault if they are short staffed. We already over pay for this food and only to be given cold food and takes too long. Customer service is horrible and management is probably worse if they wouldn’t have these issues.

I should have paid attention to the negative reviews, but I wanted to try their new flavor. I ordered the 20 piece boneless, with three different flavors. I only got 12 pieces with two different flavors. Yes, I was missing 8 pieces of the flavor I wanted to try. I won't be going back, at least not at this location.

They have 2.8 stars for a reason and that should’ve been my reason to not order. But I did! I placed an online order for pickup and now I’m regretting that decision. I specifically requested my fries to be well done, only for them to give me under cooked fries smothered in cheese. What a waste! I also requested and paid for all flats they omitted that request as well. The chicken was old and not fresh. I’m beyond upset. Not to mention I decided to tip them without knowing they was going to screw my order up. They need to get it together. Management has to be terrible and on down. Do better people. Wingstop is too expensive to receive the food they give you at this location. I wish I can leave zero stars because they deserve it.
