This location is hit or miss. Never had a bad experience just a few disappointing ones. Fries can sometimes be nice and crisp and well seasoned, sometimes soft and unsalted. Wings are always cooked to doneness however they are inconsistent. It has gotten a ton better at this location in comparison to the past couple years.

Me and my man just had lunch here. Just wanted to grab something quick. Listen, I felt like I was lowkey at a fine dining restaurant.. 👀 fresh, flavorful and a very clean restaurant with a very nice staff. That buffalo sauce? 🔥🔥🔥 Keep up the great work 🙌🏼

I totally love the zensation salad. Living in St Louis there are not many Zaxby's so I had to take advantage while I was in Alabama and boy did it pay off. My closest location in Columbia Missouri close down.
