We ordered our food an hour before closing and sat down to eat. There was a worker already cleaning and stacking chairs on tables as we sat down to eat. We were basically told (in a rude way) we couldn’t eat inside, so we had to take our food to go. I would be a little more understanding had we gotten there 15 minutes before closing, however, they weren’t going to close for another hour.

Cleary I was given wrong order. And someone erroneously took mine. Crown me a fool for not checking my order, but I've never had a problem at this location EVER!.... until this time. Lesson learned. Understable considering the multiple persons in line (AND MY NAME SOUNDED SIMILAR WHEN THEY CALLED IT OUT, TO NAME ON BAG I LEFT WITH---SEE 2ND RECEIPT PIC) and no one is completely infallible but thankfully the staff are always cheerful and swift. I love Zaxby. They have too many children with no management. Using profanity and I observed them get upset because they got someone order wrong.
Ask specifically for my food to be well done it was completed when I got to window my suppose to been toasted bread is cold! Workers thought I was funny after I said something and did not remake

Wait is typically long but food has always been fresh. I always order a salad with no bacon (because I haven’t eaten pork in years) and SOMEONE always puts bacon pieces in it. Frustrating because I always have to pick through it, but besides that good food. Love the sweet

Went at 9:30 10/8/23 ordered two number twos and a loaded fry. The fries where dried out so bad did not eat. Was very disappointed ?. I wish they would have made us fresh ones.
