Visited Oxford and had to eat at Abner's. It was as good as I remember. Had the grilled strips. Abner's has the best grilled strips.

38.00 to be served trash. Took forever to get the food. Tenders are very small. Loaded fries should be called naked fries because they hardly anything on them. The chicken wrap had toothpicks in it and injured my son’s mouth. The tenders had a foul taste. The photo shows what my granddaughter thought of the tenders when she threw them out in the parking lot.Our first and last time there. None of the food was ate. A waste of money. I took them to Krystal’s for some food.

It's not the same as it used to be. The food doesn't taste the same. We literally waited 20 minutes on three items and they weren't even busy.

Excellent food! Fantastic crispy wings and grilled tenders had tons of flavor. Delicious sauces and tasty sides. One of my favorite coleslaw. Pasta salad is so good with a hint of smokey bacon. Will be back on our next visit to Oxford for sure!

Abner’s used to be my favorite restaurant in oxford. I would eat there at least once a week. Unfortunately I can no longer say the same. Quality has declined significantly since they rebranded back in 2020. Popular menu items such as the 4 piece and 5 piece tender platters have been totally removed forcing you to either pay 11 bucks for 3 tenders or 20 for a 6 piece “shareable meal”. There is absolutely no reason I can’t get a 4 or 5 piece at a CHICKEN TENDER restaurant other than the fact that they want to push you towards ordering the 6 piece if you need more than 3. Really goes to show how their priorities have shifted away from good food and service towards grabbing as much money as possible. Don’t even get me started on the overpriced sauces which used to be free.Service is ok. It’s not the worst but definitely not anything special. Phones are often disconnected so good luck getting your take out order taken. Staff don’t really seem to care when asked about it on arrival. If you want good chicken tenders, go to Guthrie’s or Zaxby’s instead. You’ll get better food, quicker and at a cheaper price.

Too bad they couldn’t get my order right and tried to tell me to DRIVE to them to get the fries they left out. I had it doordashed to the hospital. No ketchup. You serve fries, send ketchup. Good grief.
Chicken tenders were delicious. The other party with me did not get the correct order. The restroom was absolutely the nastiest I've ever seen with my own eyes. I'm 50/50 returning or not.

Half empty restaurant at 1:30 in the afternoon . “We can’t take anymore orders right now. It will be 25-30 minutes before we can take your order.”Save yourself the time and go to Zaxbys, Guthriez, Raising Canes, etc.

Not bad for a (not so quick) lunch or snack The chicken was good. Service was not so great people were getting their meals that came in after us finally went up and asked what happened to our meal and they said they didn't know,

We had a weird experience. We got there, the place was not busy at all. They took everyone’s orders, then it took forever for the food to come out. They turned away a lot of people, saying it would be an hour wait. Everyone in the restaurant had gotten their food, so no idea why. They had plenty of staff. The food was okay, the bathroom lights were out and the restaurant was a little dirty. Overall, just a confusing experience. Probably won’t be back.

Jasmine and Brooke were great to deal with and handled my problems immediately and effectively. We had a not so pleasant experience and these two handled it with care and respect. Will definitely give them the opportunity to prove our not so pleasant visit wrong. Received a personal call from the general manager expressing empathy and wanted to make everything right. Thank y’all
