Had a very kind server on Valentine’s Day but was barely at our table. We waited over thirty minutes for our food (which was two simple pastas) and waited an extra twenty minutes for the check. I also got desert which was stale and gave me food poisoning. I understand it’s a busy day for a restaurant but I shouldn’t fear getting sick because they can’t handle holidays. Meal wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t choose to eat here again.

Put in an order on doordash and was later called by my dasher to inform me that the staff told him they were busy so they weren't going to prepare doordash orders, even while continuing to accept them. Told me there were lots of food drivers finding out at the same time. You are not fully refunded for this type of incident, so that the driver can be partially compensated for their time. This was a terrible customer service experience as myself and other paying customers were literally ignored and neglected after spending our money. I cannot justify patronizing such deliberate disrespect for the other customers in the future.

Chris, our waiter, was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. There were 4 of us and all the dishes were quite good. We recommend the The Works, pasta with marinara, and shrimp scampi in a lemon creme sauce. Their house rolls are super delicious. Great expresso and limoncello cake.
We ate there tonight and the food was not as good as it used to be. The meat in the lasagna and cannelloni tasted different and the rolls were not good at all. We used to love the rolls but they changed how they made them and they had zero flavor/taste.

Hayden is the best server I’ve ever had. Completely unrelated, but this one time I was at the beach in Destin. The current took me out to ten feet waters and I felt my heart drop. I knew it was over and I would never see my family again. Just before I slipped under the crashing waves, I see Hayden. She’s taken off her serving apron and lashed it around the jaws of a great white , bending the beast to her will. She rides up to me, extends a hand and pulls me up. We ride together on the back of the shark to the front door of Amore. She then gave me a plate of delicious tortellini and then a slice of chocolate cheesecake. She is the Amelia Earhart of our generation. Thank you.

hayden is the best and gives the best service ive ever experienced. custom made new york cheesecake with a caramel sauce that was to die for and the tortellini was an 20/10. cannot recommend this place enough and if i were you id recommend requesting hayden and her mimosa making skills

My server Hayden was absolutely tremendous. If there were 6 stars she’d get 7. If i had a daughter i’d want it to be Hayden. She shined such a light into my soul that brightened up a very dark place. I would follow Hayden into war after the way she served my table. God bless America and God bless Hayden!
