The food here was cold and it was like it had been sitting under the heat lamps, the fries were NOT fresh and the roast beef was skimpy they put on them and was cold also!! We were the only people there at the time, so they were not busy at all I don't know what their problem is, the last time we went there and got the biggestest roast beefs they have we had to go back and have them make them again for us because the roast beef was old and very cold and for those prices it should not have been!!!!

As usual, I was in a hurry for lunch. Noticed the drive-through was a little backed up and a few people waiting in the lobby. Almost left, but didn’t. But I did notice that someone had placed a pretty large order in the drive-through and they were working hard to get everyone’s orders out. All employees were very upbeat and all in all I really didn’t have to wait that long. Maybe a little bit longer than normal. What struck me the most is I heard the manager shout out to his team what a great job they did in handling the situation. They did, no complaints, no bad attitude, just did what had to be done.

We took our mom here today. She loves Arby’s roast beef sandwiches. We all had crinkle cut fries, turkey sandwiches, a roast beef sandwich, a Reese’s cookie, and two apple turnovers. Everything was great with the exception of the peanut butter cookies. They were really dry and crumbly. The service was great! The restroom was very clean. We really enjoyed our visit here! The Apple turnovers tasted great. They were heated. All of the food was hot and fresh. The three pepper sauce is great to dip your fries in.
Wheelchair accessibility: Mom was in a wheelchair. They had a great access point for the wheelchair, and one of the employees held the door open for her. Nice people!

Service fellow was.fantasic, but got home with my Gyro and cut it in half to share, and there was no meat on half the sandwich. I joked with my galfriend, ' enjoy your side of Dough , cause they stole my dough. SHAME! And this was the owners re response. " Need more details". Canned put off!
