Came in on an empty night. Paid for the simulator yet half the games didn’t work on the screen and no one asked if we needed help or explained anything to us. Service was also poor and she was unfriendly the whole time despite us giving a good tip. Food was mediocre, don’t recommend overall.

I bought a steak from back line which completely intrigued by it. Everyone there was nice. The steak was awesome tender juicy the best steak I’ve ever eaten hands-down you have to try back nine don’t be afraid of the Price order. The steak is well worth it. The salmon is what my mom had and she said that Simon was the best she had in a while so please try back nine you won’t be disappointed.

Back 9. This was our first time trying it, and honestly, I cannot believe we have not been here before. The food was absolutely delicious and came out so quickly. We had the birria tacos, which were packed with flavor, and the consommé was thick and very well made. We also tried the avocado salad, which was fresh and really good. The lobster mac was incredible and full of flavor with great seasoning. I would not even call it traditional mac and cheese other than the noodles. With the gouda and rich flavors, it felt more like a pasta dish, so I did not feel guilty ordering it as an entrée. For dessert, I had the affogato with espresso and vanilla ice cream, and it was so good. Our waitress was so sweet and made the experience even better. They even offered little games in the side sections, which was a lot of fun, and we played a little game of golf. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu, and we highly recommend it to our friends.

Ordered the flatbread.. menu says: Vodka Sauce Margheritta Pizza, sliced Mozzarella, Basil, Cauliflower Crust…$17.. was charged an additional $2 for cauliflower crust…didn’t catch it til after we left. Why charge me more for the cauliflower crust….that is how it is described on the menu.
We ordered wings and they were just ok… nothing special and the sauces weren’t good. Dry and odd. Cheese curds were ok but again charged fifty cents for a side of ranch. Really? I just find it not good business when you nickel and dime customers for everything.
Service was blah, server had no personality and didn’t want to be there…. Didn’t get plates, water carafe had a chip in it….do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.
There is a reason they don’t put prices anywhere on their menu. $90 for an appetizer, salad, 6 wings, flatbread and 3 waters!

This place is fantastic! Great food and an even better environment. Our server was Aubrey and she did a fantastic job, while a young man named JT made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely reccomend going here great food at a good price.

I booked a bay at Backnine and ended up waiting nearly two hours. Thankfully we grabbed seats at the bar, where Matt took care of us—and he absolutely saved the experience. He was patient, kind, and on top of everything despite a packed house. What really stood out was his emotional intelligence: even when a manager scolded him about “moving slow,” he stayed professional, calm, and focused on his guests. Drinks were timely, he checked in without hovering, and he kept us informed so we never felt forgotten. Matt turned a frustrating wait into a great night. Management—please recognize him. We’ll be back because of Matt.

We came on a Monday night when it was very slow. The food was fantastic, however the server was non-existent. We must have been the only table in his section because he would disappear for ages and we would only see him when he came to our table. He blamed it on tons of football players coming and there was 1 table of them. Overall good experience and would have been 5 stars if not for the server.

I’m only giving a 4 star review because I mistakenly ordered an Alfredo flat bread pizza thinking it was a pasta. This was my mistake and had nothing to do with the restaurant. My bartender Zar was absolutely wonderful fast, friendly service with great recommendations. I’m not a pizza fan but the dish was cooked to order packed with flavor and tasty. I ordered the mulligan drink and the cherry limeade mixed drink which I definitely recommend. If you’re looking for a nice evening out with lively music and a safe atmosphere this is the place to be.
If you're ever here, order the waygu burger and ask for Maddie! Maddie recommended the waygu burger, which was the best burger I've ever had, I usually only eat half a burger, but I ate the whole thing! She was an amazing server also, very attentive to all our needs. Don't pass this place up!

We booked our time for 8:00 to 10:00 online and paid a 42$ reservation fee. We came early to eat first at 6:30. We were told we could get our bay early at 7:00 since we had a reservation. The food took forever to come out. We finished eating at 8:30 and they told us we only had 30 minutes left in our bay! No one was going to get to play anything! Then they came back and said the most time we can give you is 9:30. I asked what was the purpose of having an online reservation then? How are we supposed to play if we are eating?? Dumb management. They better do better or they won’t last.
Edit: The manager came out and extended our time to 11:00. He was very nice and did what he could to fix the situation.
