We did not get part of our food in til 1hr and 10min after being seated (after the wait after our reservstion). The rest of our food came long after that. The food was good and fresh but very poor service for 6:30 on a regular Wednesday night when the wait staff did not seem to be doing much (1/3 waitresses actually sat down to chat with the table next to us during our hour wait for food).

I’m extremely disappointed with the takeout service at Buffalo Wild Wings. This is the second time they’ve forgotten part of our order, and it’s clear that attention to detail is not a priority. When ordering takeout, the bare minimum should be ensuring customers receive everything they paid for. Having to double check our order ourselves and still end up missing food is unacceptable. The only positive experience was the helpful lady on the phone and in person, she was kind and tried to assist, but the overall service was frustrating. We won’t be coming back. If you’re considering takeout from here, check your bag before you leave because they clearly won’t.

Terrible service, food is never a good quality, and management has run it in the ground. We have tried SEVERAL times to give them a second/third chance and we won’t waste our time or money anymore.

My partner and I are often at Buffalo wild wings as it’s a great atmosphere. The service for our to go food was great. But the food quality did not meet that standard. I am always prating that we don’t have to give this place up as it was one of our favorites. If someone could explain the portion size of the fries if I ordered a large.I don’t expect much but I do expect appropriate portions if that’s what I am paying for.

Got the most popular triple bacon cheeseburger and got a triple piece of bull crap. Got a super oversized top patty with a kids sized bottom patty. Had to to attempt to cut up my own burger.

We were seated very quickly just when we got seated no one checked on us for 20 minutes. People kept walking by with food, drinks, and dirty dishes while side eyeing us and no one thought to ask about anything. After 20 minutes someone finally stopped and said they told her she had half of the bar area but didn’t say which half (the other half of the bar was close to empty 2 other tables at most…). After waiting and getting someone to finally come over she only checked on us one more time before we got our check. We had to get our refills from the lady who brought us our food out. I am a retail associate as well so I understand when things get busy but today the restaurant was well under halfway full.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and I had a terrible experience. My friend and I were seated around 10:10 but we did not receive food until 11:15. Our waitress Andy was not very communicative so we just sat and waited for food. Also, when the food was brought out it was very cold.
Pippa was a great server, she made our night!! She was so kind and the food was amazing! The host was also great !

This was likely the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve ever had. The food was disappointing and took forever to come out. I noticed several servers standing on the walls and not doing anything. We also waited about 30 minutes for our drinks! Our server said it was the bartender's fault, Becca. It seems like the staff could use some improvement and additional training. Very disappointing.

Lunch rush, but it wasn't even that bad. There is NO reason why it should take 1 - 1 ½ hours to get your food. Simple food, at that. A table that came after us got their food before we did. The cooks suck at speed and managing cooking times, and you need more than two servers during a lunch period. Then, we had to wait another 30-40 minutes just to pay and leave. Your restaurant does not deserve to exist in this town, given how popular this chain is and how busy Oxford is.
