Went on yesterday through the drive thru and ordered the 5.99 fish sandwich deal and the 5.99 fish , chicken, shrimp deal. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Gets the food and it's awful everything were cold and old , and the chicken tender looked like it was leftover from Friday. And why is it that the worker doesn't think that people needs napkins in their bag with the food. This is just common sense 🙄. The quality of the fish are terrible now. You all need to go back to what you all had years ago because what you all are serving now taste awful 😖. Stop serving cheap fish because it tastes bad. The shrimp you fried too hard and the huspuppies are gummy. They used to be good but not now. If I wait in the drive thru I want the entire meal HOT . I am tired of getting junk at these drive thrus . Prices are up and getting bad quality and service. Get it together and STOP this mess. If I come back I am going to check my food before I drive off and if I find anything wrong I am going to give it back and ask for a refund. Where is the manager at monitoring the workers ?

Fish did not taste like fish . It had texture down with zero taste.i don't know if it was old or what but definitely was not real fish. Had to throw it away. Money wasted.

I rushed over here on my lunch.Break kind of expecting not much.The lady that took my order amazing.The lady that gave me my order very amazing.My food was delicious.I would choose oxford, captain d's over any other one around me.Wonderful just wonderful

On October 3, 2025 I dined in at this Captain Ds around 11:15 am. I placed my order and sat down. After 25 minutes I went to the front and the cashier asked me what did I want and I said my food. She looked at my receipt and asked the cook to get my order ready. The cook looked confused and said I been fixed that order and you must gave it to the other customer for take out. No one apologize to me or showed any concern. I am a diabetic and my glucose level had fallen. I had to wait over 40 minutes total for my food. After eating a small amount I got a take out box. I was very disappointed because I spent a huge amount of money on my meal. I won't be coming back!!

The menu items I had were okay. The price is what got me to give it 3 stars. They have sourced their fish from China and Vietnam and really increased the prices in the last few. It is almost unaffordable now. I can go to a local place and get Mississippi farm raised catfish for the same price.

Took forever in the drive through window. I sat for almost 30 minutes at the window AFTER being asked to hold at the speaker for almost 10 this was around 5:30pm and my food was less than fresh. I ordered the Ultimate Seafood Platter with the Lobster bites. It should have came with 2 stuffed crab, but only came with 1. The Lobster bites looked like they had been cooked in old grease and in the warmer since lunch. The corn was terrible. Almost no “kernels” and no butter in the “butter bag” whatsoever.
