All cashiers were slow. I waited inside for 10 min 4 people ahead of me. I went to drive thru waited another 10 min. I backed out and went to another place to purchase lunch for my wife and myself. I will not be back

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed an order for takeout,, I found that our extra macaroni was missing. Should be an easy fix, but no.
When I asked the restaurant to address the issue, the staff were incredibly unhelpful, cried and cussed and took no responsibility for the mistake.
They refused to offer any compensation or even an apology. Finally a staff member facetimed a higher up.
The lack of accountability and poor customer service has ensured that I will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where they value their customers, sans awful service.

I used to love Capt Ds but last time we went the fish pieces were just little strips and not the filets you used to get with all that wonderful crunchy coating. I was soooo disappointed. Having to do more and more cooling at home cause restaurants think they can serve juat anything now and people will keep coming. Not for what they served us!!!

I usually love this particular captain D's. Food is usually great even if service is slow. Tonight around 7:45 I go get my family dinner. Woman in drive thru was a little snippy but speaker box was only kinda working so I understood her frustration and she was perfectly nice at window. Was asked by different women to pull forward we were waiting on catfish. No problem fresh fish great!. I waited somewhere around 10 mins. Once again no problem. She brought food I drove home maybe 15 minutes away. My catfish was old and dry you can tell it had dried out under light. Why did I wait 10 minutes for old fish??? Mine and my husband's mac and cheese was about half a scoop old and dry literal trash. My okra was soggy and old. I paid for the extra shrimp for 1.99 but did not get it. I understand it might of been late for them to make new side, but next time just say you are out!!! I'm 8 months pregnant I had screaming 5 year old in car and when I found it old and nasty at home I was not making that drive back to wait another wait for spit in my food.

Hard to give a 5star rating at a fast food drive-thru!!! Hence the 4star!.Food is usually just fine, nicely cooked and hot.I have noticed they seem to be short staffed often over the last year ++. I asked the sweet lady working hard to get orders out and correctly, if I could help by calling her regional office. She seemed reluctant, as she continued to work getting our order out..I assured her I could tell she was doing her best as fast as she could and to not let anyone complaining about it get her down.
Vegetarian options: Broccoli and side salad are usually good options for me. I like to add butter to my Broccoli. I like their broccoli. I'm not one that likes it half cooked. If I want it crunchy, I'll buy a veggie tray with dip..I've always liked the batter dipped fish with lots of malt vinegar. Vinegar is excellent for the digestive system so this is a go to meal or a delicious salad speciality at other local restaurants with vinaigrette dressings.
Parking: Plenty of parking at all times.
Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly, and plenty of tables in the dining room area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accommodations for wheelchairs.
