Been waiting on a DoorDash order for over two hours from checkers. Two drivers have came and gone waiting on my order. I paid $5 for cheese sticks and $8 for loaded fries. I received two small fries after two drivers tried to pick up the order. These people wouldn’t last an hour where I work.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience. All I wanted was to place an order for my family and me. After patiently waiting for 45 minutes to an hour, I was finally given the opportunity to place my order. However, I was asked to pull up in three minutes and hold on. Ten minutes later, I was asked to proceed with my order, only to be put on hold again. Fifteen minutes later, I still hadn't received a response, so I approached the front window to inquire about the status of someone taking my order. The manager explained that they were prioritizing DoorDash orders. I politely asked why I hadn't been informed of this decision. The manager replied that they had made the decision to stop taking orders. I expressed my disappointment, stating that it would have been more considerate to inform customers of this decision instead of allowing them to wait for an excessive amount of time. The manager's response was unprofessional and dismissive, implying that my concerns were unwarranted.

Love Checker’s Double Deckers! Great franchise. Well managed, and of course the best fast food in America. The entire time during my undergraduate studies I wanted to re-open one up in town, someone beat me to the punch. Great drunk food late at night and even better place to take the family.
