The service is always great at this location. The food is okay for fast food. The fries are always great. The fries on my fry lovers burger didn’t seem fresh, but the burger was okay. Sorry for the poor quality picture. The roads still had ice on them while I was driving. The manager here is always great. Very friendly!

It took about 10-15 minutes to receive a fish sandwich and a burger. The fish sandwich was hot and delicious. However the burger was not hot nor was it warm. I hope this place try to improve their wait time and quality of food.

It's funny because I was once a manager there and none of my workers where ever ruin the customer service was absolutely ridiculous last

Well this my first time at oxford checkers I ordered online at 7:45 it said it would be ready at 7:56 I show up at 7:57 they said they was working on my order and asked me to park . At 8:11 girl walked out and asked me what my order was then she goes back in and 20 minutes later at 8:31 she brings me my food. Fries was hot but was like eating masked potatoes that's how mushy they were burgers were a wreck and about half warm. I don't recommend coming here at night time. Took them 46 minutes to get me my food and still wasn't what I was expecting.
I didn't know there was a checkers in Oxford Ms! So when I pulled in, I knew just what I wanted. The fries are ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH. Don't miss out like I did!

The new automated ordering system is really not helpful, and it does not improve speed of service if you cut staff which means waits at the window to speak with a person.

The popcorn chicken stuff is gross. The fries are amazing. I've never been here, my husband had a burger, he said it was alright. The window server could've been a bit friendlier.

Night Shift has no line but I have to pull to the side. That's because the crew needs a diet program, work out program and stop eating fries. Their to fat. Kitchen staff shouldnt be big as them girls in that small kitchen. Their hitting shoulders and are able to smell each others sweaty azz. That's nasty. Fit is the key. If you sold salads they would go hungry. Fat people dont snack on lettuce.
