I absolutely love this chick fil a but yesterday I unfortunately had a bad experience with a worker doing iPad system around 7:30pm. I had a 8 count chicken nugget to redeem and a yogurt I was going to pay for. The yogurt is under 5$ and the nuggets should be free(since itâs redeemable on my app). The girl said itâs 10.49 and I just told her that didnât sound right. Then she got an attitude and said âyes it isâ I asked how that would make sense since half of my meal is free? She said â idk thatâs not what my iPad saysâ very rudely to a point I just stared at her in shock. I tried to walk her through it by explaining it would be 10$ if my nuggets werenât free but they are. And she sighed at me popped her hip out and said â would u like me to get my managerâ I said yes I donât want to pay 10$. And she said âgreatâ under her breath in the most sarcastic tone. I understand if ur having a bad day but the whole thing made me not want to come back to chick fil a. The chick fil an owned by Lance usually has amazing workers who are super kind and make my day! Hannah the manager immediately fixed my problem and made me feel validated and assured me it was not my issue.

Drive thru becomes a bit crowded but the smiles and speed of service makes it worth it. Easy to get into off Jackson. I usually eat at the Sisk location because it's near my work, but if I'm on or near Jackson Ave, I'll stop.

Only drive thru in Oxford worth your time. Food is always fresh and greeted with a smile. Also I canât remember my order ever being wrong the 100 plus times Iâve been here and my drinks never have soda running down all sides of the drink cup like some places. My dog also loves her treat they give free of charge. Look forward to the tortilla soup this fall.
Akila is the SWEETEST person! What a blessing to have someone like her assist you! This place is packed and very busy but EVERYONE was moving to keep the customers moving. Very impressive.

Usually really like this place. Last time I went up there. Used. I got the chicken sandwich and whenever I open the sandwich there was not one or two but a whole bunch of hair human hair that had been fried on two. The chicken took it back up there and basically had to demand that they make me another one because there was no way I was going to eat that. Not only is it unsanitary but it's not a very Godly place!
