This is the 3rd time in roughly 3 weeks that I have gone and they forget random things. From straws to salsa for burrito(yes I asked for it) and they constantly fill the coffee up barely half way. Chick-fil-A is known for being great service and great food that you get quickly. This location has not embodied the Chick-fil-A culture that I grew up experiencing in Atlanta. Please do better or I will stop coming

Customer service was a really pleasant experience.
I came through the mobile drive thru to grab my order and had my very anxious/timid dog with me. With my order I forgot to order a water and Miss Cornelia ran in and grabbed me a cup even with the line backed up. She then came back and gave my pup a treat! This may seem small but the purpose of me bringing her along was to help socialize her in new situations, she happy tapped her paws the entire ride home. Thank you Cornelia, you made both mine and Ladybugs (🐶) day! 💜

service was great until my toddler slipped and spilled a shake after only a few sips and instead of offering a replacement we were given the option to buy another, it’s standard customer care to offer a replacement for a product that you see is covering the floor. but the guy at the register was very kind and always said my pleasure.
