We ordered three of the Cajun pastas. We paid 18$ each, just for it to be skimpy and they didn’t even have the garlic bread which it comes with. This was the worst experience we’ve had with takeout. Tried to call about it no one answered. I realized they were closed so I decided to make a review.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating. I received a burger that was undercooked, with raw ground beef in the center. I didn’t realize how undercooked it was until I was already home. I called the restaurant to address the issue and was told a manager would come to the phone, but after waiting for an extended period of time, no one ever did. I remained calm and respectful, but the situation was never resolved. Serving raw ground beef is a food safety concern, and the lack of follow-up made it worse. This experience was disappointing and unfair as a customer.

The very first time I came to Oxford with my husband we came to see his mom and he wanted to take me out for the night so we came here, we had a great time, the food was delicious (as always) the drinks were made just right and overall we had a really good night! I got the chicken cripers with honey mustard for dipping, corn on the cob it's delicious and french fries. I would recommend these any day here at Chili's!!

Sorry about this, but management needs to staff to seat and serve. I'm sure the hard working staff are doing the best they can with the tools/staff they have to work with. My son and I came in about 1:15 for lunch and were roundly ignored. The bartender finally said they would be right with us. After another 10 minutes we left. I noticed only one server plus the bartender trying to handle 8 or 9 tables.

I ordered online for pick up. They didn't put all the food I paid for in the order. Employee complained about me to her manager without putting herself on mute or me on hold. Will not be returning. Would much rather spend my hard earned money at a place that hires people that treat you like a valuable customer instead of a just the middle man to get your money.

Cold soup, didn't bring out silverware or napkins without asking. Super greasy chicken sandwich. Left resttar nine on, absolutely no outside lights on. Very difficult to see, service was very slow.

We waited almost 10 to be greeted by our server at 6:30. A few minutes after the server took our drink order, she brought one hot water with lemon, then the unsweet tea & took our order, she told us they were out of chicken, chicken quesadillas & Mac and cheese & another side item I can't remember and added they were short-staffed. The restaurant wasn't crowded and we noticed three other servers in our area. We ordered two Old Time burgers & fries. The hamburgers were good, but the fries were just warm. We've eaten here several times before because we like the price-point, but this experience was different. Not sure if management has changed or they were having a very bad day. It will be a while before we go back.

Server was nice and apologetic but no manager came out and no compensation was offered (or asked for). The burger was tasty but as a long time Chili's customer, they have gone way downhill and they have pretty much lost me as a customer. It's a shame because their food is good but the attitude of staff is generally uncaring and atmosphere is unappealing.My local Chili's is even worse than this one. Just FYI, you can't get chili at Chili's anymore?!

I have eaten here, or gotten take out, frequently in the past. That has changed! I can never order. There is always a problem or there are not able to take my order. This has happened the past 4 times I have tried over the past several weeks. I guess they no longer want my business.

Horrible service , that rude southern girl , Dani I believe was the worst server I think I’ve had in a while, nasty attitude, keep in mind.. they just opened an hour ago hen I had came in. My food and plate were cold, broccoli was hard and she just said ‘well’ definitely won’t ever be dining here again if servers are trained like that

Food was okay. Went in with a coupon for free salsa & chips, which was also the only reason that we opted for Chili’s. Presented the coupon and was told the manager would remove the charge after the meal, only to find after the meal that the coupon wasn’t valid at this location. I’m thinking that’s a bit late to be telling us that our coupon was no good. To say the least we were disenchanted and will not likely return.

Our waitress was a college or high school student that was way more attentive to their fellow classmates than the rest of their customers. However, the food that we were served was phenomenal. It looked similar to what it looks like in their ads and it tasted amazing. The food was definitely fresh and was made with care. I don't live in the area, but it was definitely worth the stop.
