Put in an Uber Eats order. When I went in to pick it up they told me it had already been picked up. Obviously I hadn’t gotten my food yet because it was under my name. I asked how long it would take to remake my food. They said there was nothing they could do about it. Thankfully uber eats refunded my money, but I suppose as long as Chili’s is doing online orders anyone can walk in and get free food? Hope this helps yall <3

Bartender at the bar is complaining about an id that I have that’s alittle rolled bk clearly I’m way over 21 when the dmv doesn’t say a thing about it but I come get a drink from here it’s a problem everytime with that one bartender

The bar service needs a better training system,the lady was entertained on another staff member and we waited too long until I decided to approach the manager who was sitting in the corner and I ask who was attending the bar when the lady saw me talking to her boss,that’s when she decided to take our order.the restaurant was not even 20% full.

Typically chilis, you get what you expect. The staff needs some trading to be a bit more professional…talking and joking with each other around the restaurant. Kind of made you feel like you’re interrupting them when you need something.

This was by far the best experience we've ever had a Chili's. Originally from Jackson, MS, but I was out this way on business, and my husband, daughter, and I decided to eat her for dinner, and boy, we were not disappointed. From the hostess till the check, our experience was awesome. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and very helpful as to what to order. The beer was cold, the food was hot and fresh, not wait time for our food. All around, we had a great time. Will definitely be back.

I usually enjoy eating in-person at Chili’s in Oxford—the food and service are solid. But every single time I’ve ordered to-go from this location, it’s been disappointing. My most recent order looked like it was just thrown together with zero care. The portions were off, things were missing, and the food was already cold when I got home—and I live just a few minutes away. I understand takeout is different from dining in, but this felt lazy. Chili’s Oxford needs to start treating to-go orders with the same effort as dine-in meals.

Always take forever to seat, I was standing at the host stand for 10 minutes while servers were talking amongst themselves and would walk right past me, no “be with you in a minute,” I eventually walked out. In past experiences my server typically disappears after dropping off food. I’ve had 2 trips now where I had to ask another server to order desert. The one time I spoke to a manager I was asked “how long have you worked in a restaurant” when complaining that my server disappeared (5 years is the answer to that question.) Overall, a very poor quality restaurant with meh food and terrible service. Would not recommend

This location here was terrible, my wife,& I carried out. The food was cold,sitting up in a window by the door. Everything was hard. It was just a bad experience on our vacation in Mississippi.

I just wanna say this is the absolute worst one we’ve been. Sever never checked on us. Food came out COLD and sever never came back to send it back. Just over all horrible and will NOT be back.
