I live and swear by oxfords chilis. I will say, we hardly ever dine in, due to large crowds because of the triple dipper, of course. But Togos are always spot on and on time. As someone who works in fine dining, which I love and cherish, but there is something that is different about a good chilis order. Kudos to oxford chilis and its employees!
My experience at this Chili's was extremely disappointing. We arrived three hours before closing to find the restaurant only half full. The server informed us that they were at capacity, despite the visible empty tables, and quoted a 30-minute wait. After waiting for that duration with no updates, we decided to leave and return an hour and a half later. Upon our return, the same server claimed they were still full and not accepting any new customers, citing that only one server was managing the entire restaurant. This level of service is both unacceptable and unprofessional. I will no longer be patronizing Chili's, as they showed no interest in accommodating us.

I bought wings here on last Saturday. The cashier who took my order had a horrible attitude and the wings were horrible. The wings were bruised and battered and they also lacked seasoning. I would have expected better from the Oxford location but that was my first time and last time coming to this location.

Wanted a refund because the size of the side cups was a rip off for the price, and the manager Chris lied like he would process my refund but did not after I left. So did not get my money nor any food.

Fajitas trio was cold. Over half was nothing but peppers and onion. Sour cream was missing, lettuce missing. Salsa was at the end of the container no doubt. There was six tiny shrimp in the order of fajitas and the flour tortillas was so tough. When you pay 34.00 roughly you deserve something better.

Waiter didn’t want to serve us. Had us waiting at the front door for 30mins without acknowledging us. She keep walking past us until 30 mins before closing she then sat us down and said we couldn’t order what we wanted because they were closed.
