Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I ordered a bowl with a regular portion of carne asada and as the employee was scooping it another employee told her she put too much in my bowl. The other employee then told me that I would have to pay for double protein because she scooped too much. I told them I didn’t ask for extra meat and they could remove the appropriate amount since I didn’t ask for double protein. She then proceeded to ring me up for a $20 double protein bowl and said there was nothing they could do about it. Right before I was about to walk out the manager stepped in and told the employee to ring me up correctly for what I asked, regardless of what they put. I finally got my food and ate it and it was the blandest food I’ve ever had in my entire life. The carne asada was so chewy and fatty I couldn’t even eat it and the rest of the bowl had zero flavor at all. Horrible employee attitudes (besides the manager), horrible food. The other Chiptole in town is much better than this dump and I will never go to this location again. Do not eat here 🤢👎

Paid 8 dollars for a cup of queso and barely a handful of chips. Guess I’m supposed to eat it with a spoon? I asked for a water cup because the few chips I did get in the bag are salty as hell and they told me they’re out of water cups. They act like handing me a regular cup would come out of their meager pay. As a person that had even worked at this shitty location a couple years ago, its pretty bad…

So apparently the manager thinks it’s acceptable to ask a man with a service animal to leave the premises. And when he explains that it’s a service animal she believes it to be okay to then ask him what his disability is? This is disgusting. She’s a shorter, heavy set, black woman, it’s a shame she wasn’t wearing a name tag because I would have loved to escalate this to corporate. Calling a disabled person “dirty” for bringing their service animal in is unacceptable.

Portions are just abysmal double chicken looks like one scoop of chicken at any other chipotle. Extremely disappointing that this is my college town chipotle. Love the food tho. Workers look miserable and eating area is dirty.

Stopped in today to grab a bite. The young lady who fixed my bowl was super sweet with a beautiful smile and positive attitude. I also had points for a free side and chips but it would scan I told the guy that was ok but he asked me for the number on the bottom on the code and he manually typed it in!! That gesture made me happy!! I love to see young people exhibiting excellence customer service!! Great job guys👏🏽

Went here with a mobile order because my power was out. I show up and wait for 15 minutes before I am told that the mobile order station is down and they will have to make my order, so I hand them my phone showing the order details. One of the three employees that are standing around chatting takes my phone and goes to the order station. He makes one order wrong, and does not close the lid correctly on it letting the salsa flow freely. He makes the other order completely leaving out the chicken and leaving an empty slot in the box. He puts the boxes in the bag and as he does so, the incorrectly closed lid clearly spills salsa all over the bag and other box. As he hands it to me I have to tell him that the order had chicken in it and he takes the salsa covered box and adds chicken while his coworkers that are still standing around laugh at his mistake. I understand your order system is down, but that does not make up for such an abysmal level of service. If you have questions about the order, just ask as there is no pressure with no other customers waiting in line. I am happy to wait to answer any questions as long as my food comes out right.
