Stopped in today to grab a bite. The young lady who fixed my bowl was super sweet with a beautiful smile and positive attitude. I also had points for a free side and chips but it would scan I told the guy that was ok but he asked me for the number on the bottom on the code and he manually typed it in!! That gesture made me happy!! I love to see young people exhibiting excellence customer service!! Great job guys👏🏽

Went here with a mobile order because my power was out. I show up and wait for 15 minutes before I am told that the mobile order station is down and they will have to make my order, so I hand them my phone showing the order details. One of the three employees that are standing around chatting takes my phone and goes to the order station. He makes one order wrong, and does not close the lid correctly on it letting the salsa flow freely. He makes the other order completely leaving out the chicken and leaving an empty slot in the box. He puts the boxes in the bag and as he does so, the incorrectly closed lid clearly spills salsa all over the bag and other box. As he hands it to me I have to tell him that the order had chicken in it and he takes the salsa covered box and adds chicken while his coworkers that are still standing around laugh at his mistake. I understand your order system is down, but that does not make up for such an abysmal level of service. If you have questions about the order, just ask as there is no pressure with no other customers waiting in line. I am happy to wait to answer any questions as long as my food comes out right.

There were food quality issues with this restaurant. I found a housefly in the burrito bowl. This is a serious health hazard. Chipotle should seriously look into the hygiene standards of this outlet. A lot of students eat here, and its not right that their money is wasted on such low quality unsafe food.

It was crowded and the line was long...good news. Our takeout meals were outstanding!
Just careless, put my large queso in the bag and it just spilled over everything else I had purchased. Employees were lack luster and need improvement on work ethic and taking care in what they do. A place they could model after would be Willies mexican grill, the much more superb option, where the food is good and the employees have pride.
