I’m a chipotle regular. Decide to try this one while I’m in town in Oxford. The portion sizes are crazy tiny.My experience with the cashier very strange. Asked him for chips and he just stood there with his hands in his pockets and said we don’t have any guac. And then I told him I’d like a drink, and he threw the cup in the bag while my hand was open for it. And just kept looking at me like he doesn’t even know what planet he’s on haha. Food taste was about the same as any other chipotle, Just would not recommend going to this one

Thank you to the entire team but especially Kiffany she was smiling this whole time even with a line wrap around the whole store …it is trying times with half of the town with no food or power and the Chipotle team was still smiling and working hard with no issues ..y’all are appreciated 🫶🏾

The workers were so kind and sweet, but the food was miserably bad. It tasted like sand. I tried to get a refund by calling, and it did not go through.

Person at the counter couldn’t do simple match and charge me for an adult quesadilla. I asked to be charged extra so that I could purchase it. She then said that I had to order it online. What an absolute clown show. They did it because they wanted to, that or they can’t do math.

I ordered on the app and set it to pick up through the drive through. I ended up waiting almost an hour to get my food. Lady at the window didn’t even say anything when she finally opened the window, just glared at me. Got my food and was missing the large queso I ordered, so I had to go inside anyways to get that taken care of. Food was okay, not as big of a proportion as what you would get from inside. So I’m not sure what to do, either go through drive through and wait forever in a day or go inside and feel rushed and they get it wrong anyways. I hope it improves but this has been ongoing for some time now.

Pick up orders are never consistent. Chips were old/stale with our order.
The food is delicious but the lady worker serving us was rude and laughed at me when I asked for an orange to go with my daughter’s kids meal. If it’s not on the menu anymore that’s fine but don’t laugh and mock my child or me. I won’t be back to this location.
