The food was not warm. Our waitress never came to refill our drinks. The ice cream scoop is left in the cooler so everyone hands can touch it and just sit in the ice cream. The food was good for the most part but some of it was cool to the touch.

The food quality has gone seriously downhill since my last visit. The breaded shrimp were almost nothing but breading. The coating on the honey chicken was hard and dry. The mussels, although they should be cold, were frozen solid.I won't be returning anytime soon.EDIT: Went back today and had a much better experience. Hot items were hot and cold items were cold. Breaded shrimp was excellent. Oysters were small but good.

After the table was cleared next door, waitress started sweeping the carpet extensively to clean up afterward. I don't want to think about how much floor dirt and dust ended up in our plates. When clearing the plates off our table, waitress' arms came within centimeters of our faces as she reached fully across our eating space. The soft drink machine clearly hasn't been inspected in a long, long time as the drinks tasted like chemicals. The hot and sour soup was not the right color; it was very dark and looked like dirty dishwater. Something has happened to this place and it seems like there are new owners or something. We will definitely not be back. You couldn't pay me to eat there again.
