I’ve given cookout multiple tries each time and I’m let down each time. I am officially done giving my business here as to nothing is fair to what you could get. If I knew how ‘ big’ the cheese fries+ bacon I would’ve opted for something else. Please consider better customer service and realistic portions, I felt like I was eating baby food.
Worst place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The employees have no common sense whatsoever . Every single part of my order was wrong. My tray didn’t even come with the right sides. And the bun on my og chicken sandwich was moldy. This place is somewhere I wouldn’t even feed my dog. #speaking from the heart b fletcha

The prices have gone up but what hasn't. Besides that the lady was not friendly or inviting now smile looked like she was being held hostage in there. Her taller coworker was better to the next customer. Overall the food was good I always order extra sauce on the quesadilla and don't always get it but today I notice a charge for it and I got it. I was pretty disappointed by the double order of cheese bites being 8 pieces it seems to range in how long they are cooked and how many you get.
Always good food! Hardly ever a line when I go though! The employees are usually friendly!

The food is excellent. The service is 50/50. Sometimes it’s excellent, other times is horrible. Their speed is HORRIBLE though.
