Coffees are great, but every time I ask what doughnuts are fresh made that day, I get told they are all fresh. I order doughnuts and they are stale. I'm tired of getting lied to by the whole staff. Y'all should tell your customers the truth. Customer satisfaction is important.

Got there at 5:01 and ordered two drinks and was the only person that came through the drive through or into the store during the whole event. Over 25 minutes later, I still had not received my drinks and when I pulled around to ask, they tell me they are still brewing the tea. I’m not sure where the lack of communication came from, but allowing me to wait 20+ minutes without telling me what the wait is for and then to be so nonchalant, was incredibly disrespectful. Final nail in the coffin, won’t be back!

I love Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee is awesome, they always get your orders right, the workers always have a smile on their faces, and their manager is welcome, making the experience overall delightful.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 coffees, a sandwich, apple fritter. Everything was good but the coffees were super full. The guy who handed them to me said “This one’s really full” when he handed me my second coffee. Both coffees were full and the first one actually dripped all over my bag. Luckily I had napkins in my car because he did not give me any…. I got to work and I noticed the coffee had dripped all over my car door and the guy said NOTHING when I was there. I had driven 30 mins with coffee on my car door. Terrible service.

i love love love their food and coffee, and i never usually have a problem, but this has been an issue the last three times ive ordered this. why advertise it as a pancake wrap when youre going to just give me a tortilla? ive gotten the pancake wrap ONCE, and it was so good when i managed to get the right item, but the last three times ive tried to order it theyve given me the regular breakfast wrap. first time i figured meh, people make mistakes, who cares. second time my bf had brought me the food and i was at work so i couldnt give it back. this morning i got another one, same story, and i am at work so i cant just give it back since i got it doordashed. please. i literally just want to eat a pancake wrap one more time before it leaves if at all possible. :( these are fine but the pancake one was so good i feel like it was a fever dream or something. lol

Staff was quick! Living in New England, I’m biased when it comes to Dunkin. I hate going around Memphis but this location is Oxford was way better than anywhere I’ve been down South.Update: been at hospital with family this week and this Dunkin has kept my New England Soul runnin’. No wrong orders with 5+ orders, fresh dough at 5am, and a great color for the iced coffee. This store could give my Rhody Dunkin a run for its money.
Who’d have thought to go to Dunkin for a low-carb breakfast. Today I tried the bacon ? and cheddar ? omelet ? bites. They were hot, fluffy, and full of flavor. I stuck with just the house coffee ☕️. Their coffee drinks are so much cheaper than the other coffee shops in town, and it’s a great cup of coffee ☕️. I will definitely be having this again. The eggs were $5 and the coffee a little under $3 for a medium.The restaurant is very clean as well. The service was great, and they had plenty of people working.
