One of my favorite restaurants in Oxford! The food is very delicious and flavorful. It is so pretty on the inside and outside. The service is always great. They have big portions as well. Definitely recommend!
Sat in the bar area and the tables were small so not great to eat at if you have anything else in the table BUT the bar staff was stellar. Drinks were good, choriqueso was amazing! Quesa birria tacos were ok but the consume had a ton of grease/oil in it, not what I'm used to seeing (had it many times in many places). Wife had taco salad and said it was exactly what you'd expect out of one so no complaints there. Overall would return, loved the atmosphere and the pros...
Not sure what to do with this one. The food was fine enough, sure, but no better than you’d find at any average Mississippi Mexican restaurant. But the grand (and aesthetically confused) interior and claims of authenticity (I ordered from the apparently authentic portion of the menu) felt a little contrary and hollow as I was eating my light-on-flavor meal, which did arrive quickly, even if it was only just fine (the guacamole as an appetizer though was particularly suspect....
