Oxford may be a small town, but it's certainly noticed the change in atmosphere at the Firehouse. The new manager has brought about a revolution in customer service, transforming it from a place where you'd struggle to find a friendly face to one where staff know you by name and what you order. The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the manager is evident in the way the facility is run and how staff interact with customers. It's a welcome change that hasn't gone unnoticed.

During our visit at peak hours, the staff demonstrated remarkable work ethic. The employees maintained a warm and welcoming demeanor despite the chaos. We waited behind four customers, but AJ's warm greeting made our experience pleasant. She took our order, ensuring accuracy by repeating it back. Her personality shone through, and my husband enjoyed her company. AJ's attentiveness was notable, as she cleared tables and trash while waiting for our food. Though she seemed to be in pain, she refused to take a break, prioritizing her tasks. Her commitment to her job is truly admirable, and I commend her exceptional work. AJ deserves an A+ for her outstanding service.

Great experience, great atmosphere

I entered the restaurant and it was empty. It was my first time in. I placed my order and two people who entered and ordered after I did were served before me. I took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and the staff was not friendly. The floor was dirty. I won't be back.

Was hungry tonight and stopped in with my son. The service and food was great its was little slow but they were still very friendly which made it pleasant. The seating area had a few things looked like equipment sitting around but im sure they were cleaning up

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Firehouse has become. We visit every year on Monday and Tuesday nights during football and baseball season and never interacted with employees un AJ took over. My kids adore her because she always engages with us and quickly learns what the boys want to eat as soon as we arrive, which is remarkable. We didn't know she was the new manager until she mentioned it. She has a great personality and a wonderful attitude towards all customers. She is an excellent leadership of choice.

Unprofessional ordering. Placed online & told me they got it. 15 mins later they never made it.

I mean, its firehouse. Ive never had a bad experience. They are always on point. Great staff and sandwiches are made perfect every location I've been too. Hands down my favorite sandwich joint. The Italian is like chicken with hot sauce, bussin bussin!

Got my order completely wrong: wrong size and added on something i didn’t ask for too so i payed extra. Cashier didn’t pay any attention at all when i plainly laid out my order just order what she wanted for me.

I love coming to Firehouse because the staff are super friendly. They're fun to watch, and their interactions are great. They're serious about their job but still have fun and get the food out quickly and freshly.
