Firehouse Subs Jackson Ave

Showed up but they have a sign on the door saying that they are temporarily closed because of staffing issues.
I hated to drive all the way out here just to find them closed. I wish I could have known before making the trip over here

Interior could use some updates otherwise the sandwiches I’ve gotten have been above average. The service has been good each time I’ve visited. I’ve eaten both in the restaurant and gotten take out therefore my opinion of the interior is relevant.

They put way too much mayo on sandwich. The restaurant was really dirty.

Came in the middle of the day on a Friday. Ordered ahead online at least 20 minutes in advance. One person making sandwiches. Had to wait another 20 minutes for my one sandwich. Do better management.

It was 8:50 firehouse sub closes at 9 lil girl waited till she saw me get out my car then locked the doors and went back to mopping she sucks like a newborn baby

Arrived at store at 8:45 and was told they were not taking orders. Did not know you stopped taking order before closing time!! Maybe post a note so people will know that the hours posted are not their actual service hours.

Go see Nlahyia. Great person .. she is fun and very happy. Great atmosphere

This was my first experience with Firehouse Subs. I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered a half sandwich, thinking it would probably be about the same size as a 6-inch sub at Subway. Turns it out was more like the size of a Krystal! Lol. The sandwich was great, there just was not enough of it. The staff were all standing in a circle talking about a customer who had just left, one lady working at the counter kept playing with her hair, then went and bagged French fries. Thank goodness I didn't order any ?‍?. I would say that was probably my first and final trip to this venue. For the price I paid for the mini sub, i could have had a great 6 inch sandwich of my choice, a bag of chips and a drink. All of the employees wear gloves and keep themselves busy enough not to talk about their customers behind their backs. Just telling it like it is! L

They will take extra money off your card if you use your card there and they won't do nothing about it when you call them out on it never agin will I be back
