While purchasing cookies with my debit card, the machine locked up and the restart didn't work either. I then paid in cash only to have the charge show up a few minutes later (while still in the store) from my bank. I asked the person to refund my cash, but she said she couldn't open the register. She said the manager would resolve the issue in the morning. The manager did call me back, but said to wait for my bank to refund the charge. I've waited several days and still no refund. I call the store during business hours and it just rings; then the voice-mail message says there is no more space to leave a message. This needs to get resolved more quickly when it's their error. They don't seem to care much about customers.

How many times do I have to call to get someone to pick up the phone? Last year I had problems when I placed an order for a cookie cake they ended up canceling my order because they didn’t have the right size box but I would have took the cake in any size box but they just cancelled the order instead. I placed an order a week ago for a cookie cake and I’ve tried calling multiple times today just to make sure my cookie cake will be ready and I can’t get anyone on the phone I have called multiple multiple times.

This is my second stop at the MSC in Oxford while being in town... Both stops at the request of my youngest son. We left both times empty handed. BOTH ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES. Both employees there were rude and disgusting!!! Who runs this place???!!

Soda machine was out for a week, then they ran out of carbonation the week after. Today, they open at 11:00 and the doors are still locked. Not returning. I like sweets, but I like a business that has their stuff together. Opening on time is a very basic non-negotiable aspect of business.

The quality of service and product have declined drastically. They now use a marshmallow cream for the cookies instead of the traditional icing that was so good. The cookies are very crumbly and the blonde that works there is openly rude to the other employees.

I came in here for ice cream but the woman was so friendly and saw me eyeing the cookies that I had to grab some! There was a deal going on with buy five get five and even I decided that might be too much. The chocolate chip cookie ROCKED and the snickerdoodle cookie hit the spot. I saw a lot of orders coming in (probably for those delicious looking cookie cakes)!

The young lady they have there decorating cookie cakes is fabulous—I just picked one up today that I had ordered for my son, and was blown away at how great it looked. She took what I had asked for and made it better with her colors/cool font choices. (I hadn’t specified anything—just asked her to choose whatever looked good). The design itself also was executed beautifully—I really was just so pleased!
