Update: it is impossible to know when this place is open. There are no posted hours and the Google hours are wrong. Owner/manager, PLEASE update the hours on Google each time they change. Or at least post them on the door. All the good things below are still true, but it's really frustrating to drive here and not have it open (or have it be closed when posted hours say it is open). Previous review: The baked goods here are spectacular. I've tried the lemon blueberry scone, the cinnamon roll, the quiche, and the vegetarian sausage biscuit. I keep coming back for more! The other thing that keeps me returning is the excellent service. The workers really care and put effort into making it a great experience for each customer. I give Heartbreak my highest recommendation.

The place is super cute. I really liked the new addition of art on the wall as well so we had to pose for a couple photos. I’ve been visiting since this was High Pointe Coffee when i lived in Oxford. Now when we visit Oxford, we stop in for the Coffee Frappes. They are perfect as they are, no extra syrup or sugar needed. Thankfully this trip, we had time to stop by twice. Seating inside and out are both great choices.

It’s hard to mess up an iced americano but they did. Tasted like cigarette water

Excellent coffee, hot tea, and vegan food options.

The baristas were very nice and I love how affordable everything is. Their hot chocolate with almond milk is delicious and I loved their chocolate croissant and vegan cinnamon roll.

Customer service was fine, until I go to pay. Ask the server if I know to show my Student ID for the publicly posted 50% discount (Instagram). They say they don’t know how to offer the discount. Now I’m put in an awkward position and don’t want to make a scene so I quietly pay and sit down. Then, when they set the two coffees down on the counter, they are overfilled and leaking everywhere. Didn’t particularly enjoy cleaning up my overpriced coffee. This is clearly a sign of mismanagement leaving a inexperienced barista alone. This was a subpar experience, especially given the options that exist in Oxford.

The ladies that worked there were rude and the coffee and food was gross!!!! I mean how in the world do you mess up coffee and chocolate chip cookies!!!!!! Will never go there again.

Cute coffee shop with a barista with lots of personality. There was sitting outside, but it was too cold, and plenty and sitting inside the coffee and hot chocolate were delicious.

Coffee: we ordered two mochas and both were the most watered-down drinks I've ever had. The mocha flavoring was very dull in flavor. I cannot imagine their regular coffee tastes great either. Food: a decent assortment of food. Vegan and vegetarian friendly (ex: vegan cinnamon rolls and vegetarian sausage biscuit). I wish they'd had these options in non-vegan/veg form, because they were the most appealing on the menu. And this girl wants butter in her cinnamon roll. Service: friendly service at the counter. My one complaint is when I asked for a coaster I was told there weren't any and directed to use a drink tray to carry the coffee. The coffee was given to me so hot I couldn't hold it for more than a second. They should have coasters supplied to protect people's hands. Atmosphere: open, nice areas to sit and hang out. A popular study place for students.
