Over heard the waitress talk mess about other workers. Never had the girl come walk to me she stayed sitting down talking until I said can I get some help or something and she was rude saying the order wasn’t ready at all .

The food was decent, but that wasn’t the issue—the service was absolutely horrible. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were more of a burden than valued customers. The staff was inattentive, slow, and downright rude. We were practically ignored the entire time, and when we did get service, it was dismissive and unprofessional. It was as if they couldn’t wait for us to leave. By the end of the experience, we felt like we were being rushed out, not because they were busy, but because they simply didn’t care. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.
Also they have a new up charge ( 50c per egg) and the student discount was lowered. My ticket was 38.50 but somehow 10 percent of that is only 1$?

Went in to eat MVP the waitress brought me plastic untincil so I was forced to order something I could eat with my fingers. I ordered Patty melt and fries. I wanted breakfast not lunch. I want never go back, I drive 43 miles one way to eat there. I want never go back there. I guess I'll go to waffle house across town from now on.

quit hiring the rejects from Waffle house. She acted like i bothered her bye calling. After letting it ring for almost 2 min and finally she answers and puts me on hold again. Hung up after 3 minutes of hold. I love the food and cooks and you do have some great servers. don't let one bad apple destroy

I placed a online order to be picked up. I got a bacon egg cheese toaster and hash browns I also order a waffle!! Everything was good the only thing is they give you no condiments, I had to go in and ask for butter and syrup for my waffle and salt and ketchup for my breakfast food! Other than that it was delicious!!!
