We sat there for over an hour waiting for food that, when it finally arrived, could only be described as an insult to taste buds everywhere. Lukewarm, flavorless, and clearly thrown together in a rush—maybe they thought we’d be too hungry to notice after the wait. The service? A perfect match for the food: slow, inattentive, and unapologetic. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up both speed and quality so spectacularly, but congratulations—you pulled it off. Please, for the sake of your customers, do better.

Completely enjoyed our visit to the Oxford Missippi location. Our server was Sharia Bryson …we asked her name so that we could let your company know …she is amazing! Checked on us multiple times. Not only that, she made good suggestions as far as what we may like to order. Hands down, some if the best service we’ve had in a long long time.

I don’t know servers name as she never introduced herself. Service was super slow and it was not even busy. She took our order (didn’t write it down) then had to come back 4 times to ask about the specifics (what kind of toast, how I wanted eggs, etc) brought us food. Never checked in to see how everything was. I had used my pan coins and showed her that I had a coupon to use. She took my phone (without asking) and proceeded to walk the restaurant with it instead of writing down the code) then it was another 14 min before she came back for the payment ONLY AFTER I asked another waitress where our waitress was. Very disappointed.

Waiter walked up like he was about to jump us. Took forever to get my food and sit down. I have yet to have good eggs there, one time they had water all over them and the second I asked for fried and got over hard. There was one waitress who was doing an amazing job but unfortunately we didn’t have her.
