Our server Candy was so sweet,very detailed and knowledgeable of her job duties. She asked us to do a Google review by scanning the lanyard around her neck,she also told me about the ihop rewards program & showed me how to scan my receipt. We really enjoying having her as our server & look forward to her serving us on future visit‼️

We sat there for over an hour waiting for food that, when it finally arrived, could only be described as an insult to taste buds everywhere. Lukewarm, flavorless, and clearly thrown together in a rush—maybe they thought we’d be too hungry to notice after the wait. The service? A perfect match for the food: slow, inattentive, and unapologetic. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up both speed and quality so spectacularly, but congratulations—you pulled it off. Please, for the sake of your customers, do better.

Almost had to leave without paying because once we got our food we never saw a single employee again until I went in the back and got one after waiting by the counter for several minutes after finishing our meal.
