Waited almost an hour in an empty restaurant. Drinks were super flat. Our server himself was really really nice. My son ordered mozzarella sticks that came with two portion cups full of marinara sauce. We ate the first cup, but when we opened the second cup it was molded. I told the server who then went and got another worker, she didn't say she was a manager so idk if she was another server or what, but she looked irritated and took $5 off. I feel like the mozzarella sticks should've been fully removed from the bill, but I didn't want to cause a further scene. So I just paid and left. Overall the experience was not good, between the wait, and the food quality even before discovering the mold, and I definitely won't be coming back.

My daughter and I had taken my mother to hospital. We're from Grenada. It was 9:30pm. Sign said closes at 12am. Since the waitress said she was the only one there and that she HAD 2 TABLES, 1 table of 3, 1 table of 7, she couldn't take any more customers and that if I wanted to order take out, I'd be 30 to 45 minutes. We were turned away.

We never have felt more unwelcome.We walked in tonight and were seated. There was a really cold draft right on top of our table. I asked the waitress if we could sit somewhere else. With a smirk on her face she said we could move one booth up.She asked us for our drinks and we ordered.She quickly came back and simply stood there looking at us without asking us if we were ready to order the food.We proceeded to order and she told us they were out of garlic bread. When I asked for a substitution, she said “well we could give you another kind of bread”We did not like the service at all. We left as we felt we were not welcome.If I could give zero stars I would. But google makes you choose one.

The manager has been there a while but seems to get flustered when there is a line and disappears, and the hostess disappears for extended time with people waiting. Our waitress was bussing her own tables and saw we had been waiting a while and sat us in her section. Service from her was impeccable, but our servers seemed very slow, and customers were not happy. Meanwhile, the manager was in back laughing and cutting up. This has been one of our favorite go-to places in Oxford, but it is starting to go downhill.
The IHOP in Oxford I was disappointed with. I'm allergic to eggs and gluten. They didn't have gluten-free pancakes and I ordered the egg white omelette and when I received it the egg wasn't white and it wasn't prepared the way that they do it in Tupelo within an hour I had broken out in a rash and my throat hurt. I love IHOP I'm not saying that it's not good just that the people that are serving you and the cook that is cooking need to be aware of allergies and cook according to what the waitress has put before. The waitress was aware of my conditions and she did her best to get what I needed. I'm thankful that I have my conditions of these allergies but in other people's cases they are deadly so please be careful and listen to instructions to make sure that you are protecting the people that you are feeding.Vegetarian options: They need to carry everything on their menu.

Upon entering the Oxford, MS location, the doors are dirty, floors are dirty. I was walked by 3 individuals, given a compliment before the 4th person asked if I had a to go order. The counter is dirty. The front customer area seems to lack personnel to address any front of the house concerns.

Horrible. Just flat out horrible. Waited far too long for food done wrong. Sent back 3 of the 5 silver dollar pancakes because they weren't fully cooked. The kitchen staff apparently has no clue what a medium well steak is or what over medium eggs are. I got a grey steak with eggs that flooded the plate. My pancakes were also cold by the time the butter was placed on them to bring out to the table and were also oddly crunchy on top everything else wrong with them. I was so hungry and pressed for time I ate what I could of it and left. Won't be back.
