I placed an order on Saturday 07/12 around 10:34 PM for delivery. The estimated time for delivery was 11:18-11:28 PM. I waited until about midnight for the cookies, until I fell asleep by accident waiting on these cookies. When I awoke this morning my cookies still haven’t been delivered. insomnia is open until 1 am which means if they didn’t have a driver who could have drove them out they should have called, and let me know the situation. But no I didn’t know anything and the insomnia store still hasn’t contacted me.
I canceled my order online at 7 am this morning, and am hoping I get a refund for my order. But this is unacceptable and poor customer service. I have been a loyal insomnia customer for almost 4 years now, and they just keep going downhill with every passing year.

My husband and I went tonight after noticing you all don’t close until 12am. The young lady in there tonight had an horrible attitude. My husband asked for a spoon she ignored him until he asked again. Had a mean mug the whole time. We didn’t even won’t the food anymore. So disappointed.

placed my order online, got to the store I was told their oven was down and they couldn’t honor my order. They cancelled the order and had no proof of me getting a refund for me. The lady on the shift said they can’t give refunds. I left empty handed, no cookies or my money back and now im getting a lawyer bc this is theft at this point.

Parking: Parking was easy, but did have to pay a street fee, which wasn't terrible.
