placed my order online, got to the store I was told their oven was down and they couldn’t honor my order. They cancelled the order and had no proof of me getting a refund for me. The lady on the shift said they can’t give refunds. I left empty handed, no cookies or my money back and now im getting a lawyer bc this is theft at this point.

I've patronized this shop twice--once in person and once via delivery. They were out of many items during my in person visit, but the young man working that night explained in detail why and was very nice. My delivery order went off without a hitch. It arrived later than promised but considering I ordered the cookies on Valentine's day and they arrived within 4 hours was impressive! On both occasions the cookies were delightful and this is definitely a go-to spot when I'm in Oxford and have a sweet tooth!

They are great if you go in store. Do NOT order delivery from them. It has taken over two hours every time.
