I've patronized this shop twice--once in person and once via delivery. They were out of many items during my in person visit, but the young man working that night explained in detail why and was very nice. My delivery order went off without a hitch. It arrived later than promised but considering I ordered the cookies on Valentine's day and they arrived within 4 hours was impressive! On both occasions the cookies were delightful and this is definitely a go-to spot when I'm in Oxford and have a sweet tooth!

If you come to Oxford this needs to be a stop you make! The Salted Caramel Deluxe Cookie and the new Speculoos cookie! OMG are freaking fabulous!! The customer service was awesome! I wish I would've gotten her name she was from a different store and just by her being there she made the experience just as wonderful!

They only had 1 spoon in the entire store and they were out of stock of a lot of things. Other than that the brownies were good! Service was moderate.

I’ve ordered cookies several times and don’t generally have an issue. However, last night was horrible. I placed an order through Postmates for delivery. The delivery was prompt and order was correct, but the 12 pack was inedible. Never have I ever had cookies so hard they would bounce off a brick wall! Extremely disappointed after spending $35 and having to trash the order.
