The food was okay. The fries and ranch are good. But. I ordered extra sauce on the side, and it only covered the bottom of the sauce container. Hardly enough for a few bites. And the chicken was undercooked and not as crispy as I had requested

We went into this Chili's to eat dinner. Outside it was 34 degrees and they had the air conditioner on. We ask if they could turn off the ac and was told that corporate controls this temp. They were not allowed to adjust the temp. We had already ordered our meal so we had to ask them to put in a to go box after our hands and feet became numb from the cold atmosphere . When a company doesn't make the customer comfortable they don't deserve your money. If you don't want to freeze go somewhere else!
