On Thursday I drove 30 minutes in pouring rain to order a dozen cupcakes for Sunday. The young girl said they were booked. With no explanation except I could drive back tomorrow to see if they had 12 cupcakes in the case. I asked if she could suggest somewhere else. She gave me a place that is closed. This is not a ballgame weekend. Very rude. Very arrogant! I will never go there again. No customer service.

Bremma’s did my wedding cake and desserts for my rehearsal dinner and wedding! Working with them was so pleasant and easy and everything turned out just as I expected it would. Everyone was praising the desserts on how good they tasted and looked!

We hired Bremma's Cakery & Confections to make two cakes for our wedding, and they did not disappoint us! Our experience with them started with a one-on-one consultation with the owner, where we sampled many different cake flavors. We settled on strawberry cake with raspberry compote for the bride's cake and red velvet cake piled high with fresh fruit for the groom's cake. The owner was very responsive to my questions leading up to our wedding day and made me feel like she was happy to be a part of our event. On our wedding day, I was so excited to see our cakes; they were perfect! Bremma's took my cake inspiration ideas and created two beautiful cakes for our guests. One of my favorite details on the bride's cake was the macaroons mixed in among the flowers on each cake tier. Our guests thought the cakes tasted incredible; many took extra pieces home to enjoy later. I had a wonderful experience with Bremma's Cakery & Confections for my wedding cake, and I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a sweet treat for our event.

This place is amazing. My wife called about two weeks ago and ordered a cake for my daughters college softball signing day. She simply game the lady a few details and and let them run with it. The price is well worth what we got for our money. These ladies exceeded our expectations in every way, not only did it look amazing, but it was absolutely delicious. When I picked it up the environment was clean and extremely friendly. We will definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone who shopping.

Bremma’s did an amazing job on our son’s birthday cake. This is the second year that we have used them and they knock it out of the park every time. The cake is so fresh and tastes great! She gets the design right every time!

Since the ownership transition customer service has been terrible. Often can't get anyone to pick up the phone to place orders during business hours and they do not respond to the email they have listed on their website (on multiple occasions across different days). To go in-person the young lady behind the counter seemed upset that we were bothering her to pick up some treats. I used to love taking my boys here, but I won't bother in the future. While their goodies are delicious, they aren't substantially better than any of the other bakeries in town and are no longer customer friendly.

My husband ordered a custom flavor (raspberry) cheesecake from here, and it was the BEST cheesecake we’ve ever had. Several members of my family agreed! He said the customer service was excellent. 10/10

I’ve called so many occasions to try to order a cake. The answer is always "were booked". So disappointing. I’m done trying

My son’s groom’s cake was a 10+ but the service was not very good. We booked with them a year before the wedding. We were told to get in touch with them 2 weeks before the wedding to discuss how we wanted the cake to look. So two weeks out, my husband and I called for 8 straight days and left messages. When the person finally called back, it was almost too late for us to order the topper for the cake. The cake itself was amazing and delicious.

Great customer service. I ordered a bundt cake from them, and it was one of the most moist, delicious cakes I’ve ever eaten. Will continue doing business with them!

Ordered some Valentine’s cupcakes for a gift. They were adorable and tasted delicious! Will definitely use The Cakery again!

They did an amazing job with this pull apart cake for our 2 yo’s birthday. The decoration was beautiful and the cake was so soft and delicious! Will never use anyone else in Oxford again!
