Took 20 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even right. Another 10 minutes later and I got soggy burgers to where my family couldn't eat them. Worst 30 dollars I've spent. I used to love this place because it was like white castle. Now, just another crappy fast food place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I arrived at Kristal’s around 3:03am expecting to pick up a mobile order that I already placed AND paid for and there was nobody there to give me my food. I’ve knocked on the doors and the drive through window and had no luck. 31minutes later Now I’m out of money and food. I’m PISSED. Do better Oxford.

The young lady behind the counter, seemed very unknowledgeable about how to do an order, had to ask for help several times. The wait time on our order was too long for 3 meals. There was one young man actually taking orders out for drive thru and one man cooking. My order was regular Krystal #1, double Krystal meal, and a 6 count nugget meal. She totally forgot my order and I gave it to her first! My burgers looked like they were slapped together with alot of mustard. I could understand if they were busy inside and the drive thru but it wasnt that way. We got there about 12:15pm and it took her about 15 minutes just to place our order.

Pulled up to drive through and sat there for 6 or 7 minutes and no one said anything. So I pulled up to the window and the girl was there with the headset on , I told her that I guess the things not working and I need three regular Krystal’s She gave me my receipt it was 11:10 I set there for 8 min then she ask me to pull up I said for 3 reg Krystal’s but I pulled up. I went inside to make it faster and still waited a total of 16 minutes for 3 Krystal’s. I have never left a bad review before but I searched for the owners number to just let the owner know but was unable to get that information. The older lady there apologized and was professional but the younger girl with the headset on rolled her eyes a few times. Hopefully the owner will see this and get rid of the young lady.

Stacy, was great, even though it was 12.30 pm she volunteered to make us some chicken biscuits for my daughter who was visiting from New York. I told Stacy that my daughter was here with my son-in-law and they were craving some southern chicken biscuits and she went all out tho make those at 12.30 pm. Stacy said she will make them for us. Great customer service. She should get promotion. ❤️🥰
