Our order was placed at 4:34 pm to be ready for pickup at 6:30pm. I arrived early and waited. At 6:30 they still haven't made our pizzas. When the pizzas were ready , the manager gave one of our 4 pizzas to another customer. I was watching and the guy told her whose pizza it was and she still took it and gave it away and said she would make another one for us. So I confronted the clerk she wasn't too concerned I went and confronted the manager and she said when you place orders online that they don't get them until the time we were due to pick them up and there's nothing she can do. Finally got our 4 pizzas at 6:58. I'll think long and hard about going back to Oxford's Little Caesar's and will let everyone else know what bad service I received.

I tried to order online but then realized it was oxford and I needed the Batesville location I tried to called 7 times and no one would answer so I could cancel the order the batesville location tried to help me they even called the general manager which said i needed to file a complaint. We are seniors and have never ordered food online before. Why have a business if you can't answer your damn phone! ?

For some reason, y’all closed an hour and a half before you should have yet we still were able to place an order and you took the money. Other people had arrived looking for their order too. This led to me freaking out and my partner having to go home because she went into a spiral. We have been coming here for a while now but we will not be coming back.

My order was ready at 131pm today I ordered online and it was expected to take a little longer but it was early. I went in and the store was clean. The workers were working. I get home and this dang pizza so freaking fire. Now if they didn't bake any other pizza today, they baked the hell out of this pizza. So goodI've eaten the whole thing already. Flavor on point. Hot even after I picked it up 20 minutes later. The workers looked like they had hairnets on. Everything was just good and different in comparison to other experiences. Never really had a bad one. Hits and miss. but this one surpassed all of my experiences! Freaking fire!
