Asked yo go through drive through again because my order wasn’t ready and people in front of me. Waited another 10-15 minutes. Cheese not cooked. No pickle. Rude employees. Seems they just want the ole miss students instead of the ones that carry them through when ole miss is closed. Yes I said a bad word. But I used my entire lunch break to get cold good that was ordered on app. As long as I have been a customer, I will no longer be one.

My first time coming to this Mcalisters in oxford and I won’t be coming back. I had a question about the menu and The person who took my order Ms. Aeriunna told me in I quote “ I don’t eat here, you are the customer you can get whatever you want” 🤨 um yeah not helpful at all. Thank you but no thank you.

I go here daily always use to for the jalapeno turkey crunch yet they would never remember to put the crunch part on jalapeno chips which is one of the main reasons I order that and the avocado which they sometimes forgot the avocado to mainly the chips though well not only do they have awful customer service they mess up every single time then when you call to let them know it's you'll have to call back or they need proof because I've called about mess ups to many times so I finally quit ordering food just would go for my teas unsweet tea and every single time they now are giving me sweet teas so when I'm home and trying to drink the tea it's sweet not unsweet it's not okay to screw up every time then when my tea gets to me it's sweet every time now it's not right or fair for me to have to constantly come up there without a I'm sorry or nothing but yet every single time I have to spend my time and my money and gas to bring back what they messed up and someone needs to replace the workers with new ones and new management and also when I did use to order food it took so long and the drive thru windows takes ao long also thanks

Well update no help was given and I called with reference number at that number and they claim they don't know what to do

RUDE STAFF IN THE MORNING
The staff appeared to be upset when I came in to order my food at opening. I was on my way to WORK and McAlister is the only restaurant that “I am aware “of that serve lunch “I wanted” at 10:00 am so I thought I would grab my lunch before heading to the office. I

I understand they work hard but they should also think of others who work at locations that are miles away from restaurants. Be kind it cost NOTHING !!

Thanks for teaching me to save my money pack my lunch for work😊

Love this place the food is so good. The staff is very knowledgeable helpful when you are ordering and always smiling. Great atmosphere. Clean facility love the place.

I love the food at McAlister’s, but this particular location is such a hit or miss when it comes to getting an order right. Not to mention sitting here for an hour when there is no line is ridiculous. If the service was better this restaurant would have a higher rating.

Placed online order for food. Money was taken off my card by this location, however the establishment had no record of my online order. I will be giving the establishment 3 to 5 days to refund my money, afterwards I will contact the Better Business Bureau and getting corporate involved. This is theft.

Follow up to review Tuesday 19th, my money still has not been refunded to my account. Spoke with cooperate all they did is give reference number. If money is not refunded to my account, I will turn a $ 42 dollar charge into a $3,500.00 profit. I will take this establishment to small claims court and present the evidence. I do not approve of theft, and what this establishment has done is robbery. I refuse to be a victim!

I can say now my money was returned to my account, going forward I would highly recommend not ordering on line, just go into the establishment, I however, will not be visiting the establishment as a customer.

Very disappointing. I waited 11 minutes to pick up an online order and watched customers who placed an order after I arrived and others come in after me get their orders before me. The purpose of online ordering is to be able to walk in and pick it up. There was no concern expressed that my order was not ready on time.

They never get your order right and then argue with you at the register. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Glad I wasted my money and tipped the ungrateful staff.
