I love the food at McAlister’s, but this particular location is such a hit or miss when it comes to getting an order right. Not to mention sitting here for an hour when there is no line is ridiculous. If the service was better this restaurant would have a higher rating.

Placed online order for food. Money was taken off my card by this location, however the establishment had no record of my online order. I will be giving the establishment 3 to 5 days to refund my money, afterwards I will contact the Better Business Bureau and getting corporate involved. This is theft.

Follow up to review Tuesday 19th, my money still has not been refunded to my account. Spoke with cooperate all they did is give reference number. If money is not refunded to my account, I will turn a $ 42 dollar charge into a $3,500.00 profit. I will take this establishment to small claims court and present the evidence. I do not approve of theft, and what this establishment has done is robbery. I refuse to be a victim!

I can say now my money was returned to my account, going forward I would highly recommend not ordering on line, just go into the establishment, I however, will not be visiting the establishment as a customer.

Very disappointing. I waited 11 minutes to pick up an online order and watched customers who placed an order after I arrived and others come in after me get their orders before me. The purpose of online ordering is to be able to walk in and pick it up. There was no concern expressed that my order was not ready on time.

They never get your order right and then argue with you at the register. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Glad I wasted my money and tipped the ungrateful staff.

Terrible service. My boyfriend and I went to get dinner and were not greeted when we walked in or up to the counter, after I told Jelissa, the cashier, my order she said the total and my boyfriend was like “um I’m eating too,” received no response and he was like “are you ready to take my order,” to which she barely nodded her head yes. No manners and no customer service whatsoever. The place was empty and it took forever to get our food and when it was ready they practically whispered our name across the restaurant. The entire experience just seemed very lazy. Definitely won’t go back:(

I went here with my girlfriend tonight. We were not greeted when we walked up to the counter. After my girlfriend ordered, the cashier said the total until I told her I was also getting food. The cashier didn’t say anything. I had to ask her, “are you ready to take my order?” to which she simply nodded her head. Then we are waiting on our food and the place is empty, but it still took a long time to get our sandwiches. This next thing isn’t an huge deal but our order was basically whispered from across the restaurant. It was just a super lazy staff, with awful customer service skills, and not much common decency. I won’t be back to this place the foods better than 1 star, but the service and atmosphere that you have to put up with makes the food seem awful.

Point of sale still not working....... This is now my third time in 3 months that I've tried to go there and each time until that I have to enter in my debit card manually. I asked to speak to a manager and he said it was a corporate issue.

Absolutely love this location! Their service is absolutely amazing. I don’t visit Oxford much but when I do this is some of the better service in town (which is sad). Visit this location.

Terrible experience! We arrived at 9:30 p.m. and on the way in a customer told us we were going to freeze inside the restaurant and he was certainly correct. It was so cold that we got our order TO GO. The young lady that took our order was very rude and was obviously ready to go home. After waiting a while for our food we noticed her literally throwing our food in the bag with an attitude. We get back to our hotel and our order was WRONG and we did not get everything we ordered and now they are CLOSED! That lady should be FIRED. BTW… this is the first time in my life I have ever done a negative review on a restaurant so that’s how bad it was!

Had a call in order. No one has time to sit in the drive thru for 45 mins to pick it up. And once you’re in this line there isn’t anyway to get out of it.
